If you purchased one of the Tanki Fund bundles from the shop, you will receive all the current rewards - 2x 20 Containers, 2x 15 Ultra Containers, 2x Protection module slot (only if you don't have all 4) and 1 Skin Container. With that, you also get the chance to win Tankoins from the prize pool, but it is not 100% guaranteed. You can read everything about Tanki Fund and how does it work here.

You can also find all the 3D models and textures here by downloading the Tank Viewer. Once you extract the zip file, open the folder and navigate yourself to data and open the hulls/turrets folder. You can then use the 3DS to FBX file converter as mentioned above.

Battle chat was temporarily disabled on 18th March as it was hard to moderate them in the current situation. However, the team battle chat has been re-enabled today.

In my opinion, Freeze + Dictator + Crisis could be the one. Adrenaline augment allows you to deal significantly more damage when you are low on health. Dictator's overdrive gives you the Supercharge effect, so the damage should get even higher. Fully upgraded Freeze turret deals a lot of damage on its own, even more when dealing critical damage. Lastly, Crisis drone gives you the highest percentage of additional Boosted Damage strength.
Another hull option is Hornet or Viking.

The purchasable kits for crystals were removed from the Shop's showcase due to the changes that were made. You can not refresh the showcase anymore, it is being automatically refreshed every day with the special offers you can see there today (1x Container, 30x Repair kit, Boosted Armor, Boosted Damage, Speed Boost & Mine).
However, they will be returned to the game in the future with the new interface features.
