1. Press the ''windows'' and the ''r'' keys at the same time.
2. Type %appdata% in the pop-up that appears.
3. Scroll down and look for the file named ''tankionline''
4. Delete the file

You can also try to turn airplane mode on and then turn it off, then connect to your wifi once again.

I forgot to add that right now, tanki online servers are experiencing technical difficulties, so, they can be unstable. Many tankers cannot enter the game currently.

Erm, from a mobile perspective, I could say yes, because of cache. For example, when the first time that you download tanki on mobile, you'll take an INSANE amount of time both to load the game and to get into a battle. Next time you'll load into the game, it'll be pretty fast and on the 3rd time that you log into a battle, you'll do so within seconds. I think that it makes a difference though, again, because of cache. Confirm what I'm saying with someone more knowledgeable than me on this topic though.

@Abrar_the_master I have the same problem too and I live in mauritius. The best I can do is to outsmart my opponent in such a way that I shoot well before him. I have not encountered a significant solution either and I would advise you to do what I do. The only problem is when you play against really skilled XP/BP players and they shoot at the same time or just after you shoot them. Either way, your shot is gonna be later than him.

Probable solutions:

1. Check whether your name has been typed correctly. (This is case sensitive).
2. Check whether your password has been typed correctly. (This is also case sensitive).
3. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave).
4. Don't use autofill, type your nickname and password character by character.
5. Try changing your password.

Possible solutions: 

1. Turn on the option again and turn it off again.

2. Try clearing your cache. To do so, (i) Press the "windows" button and the "R" button at the same time.
                                                                   (ii) Type "%appdata%" in the empty space.
                                                                   (iii)Scroll down and look for the folder named "tankionline" and delete it.
    Then turn it off again.

3. If this does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling tanki online and apply your preferred settings.
