I was wondering what the steps or process is to starting a team although I have made one and put my team on the wanted players list and invited players how do I compete and talk with or set requirements for my team and how do I get active members LoL????

I am wondering why every time I go to apply they reject me. Also how come with the limited community that they wouldn’t die for anybody to help them.
