I am asking the powers that be to create a "Clan Bank". It would be able to accept deposits of supplies to be distributed to deserving members by the supreme commander. This would add motivation to join a clan. It would foster development of Noobs into real players. It would create a rewards system for adherence to clan strategy and tactics. Any member should be able to make a deposit. The Supreme Commander would not be able to distribute to him or herself Any thoughts or Comments?
