A pretty explanatory title. The content of the bundles, specifically the 20K ruby bundles, is getting pretty repetitive. I'm all for it for the game to make money, that's how it runs, but maybe the developers can change a bit the bundles' content, either add something new or give us at least a new bundle with such a price. I bought the bundles many times over the past few months. I just want to see something new as a returning player.

If the technical support itself can't help with with that matter nor can prove you are the owner of the account, we as players cannot do anything. I suggest you to remember information of your account, maybe you even store the information needed on a notepad. Try to remember the exact details they ask, if not, nothing can be done. 

Would love to see something different in the bundles this time. It's getting boring seeing almost the same bundle of content used in every event. Either add more rewards or something new. But rather than that, the event does look a bit refreshing to try.

If you are using Windows 11, there is an easy fix to get decent FPS (it always depends on the graphics card). System > display>related settings>graphics. Add Tanki Online, then select High Performance from the list. Another simple fix is to lower your graphics quality. If you play from a browser again, the same approach as the first option, but instead of Tanki Online, choose your selected browser.  @Bullock69

Yes those bundles are in the game. The names are: Sports patron, Devoted fan, Livestream lover. Also I see a lot of people complaining that they cant see the bundles in the shop. If you cant see them too, and checked again I suggest you contacting support for that

Yes, there was some technical issues in the game. Marcus put an announcement for that too. Now the game is loading fine but yeah.

Can't say anything till I see what's going on tomorrow with the prizes. But if they increased them then I don't know what to say. In Turkey, the average monthly earning is 440 Euro while in Europe is double or even triple (There is exceptions) . The fact that we make double/triple their money, but they are expected to pay the same amount is god awful. But I guess people were changing countries for a cheaper price, maybe that's why they do this change
