I haven't played Tanki in about two weeks now. I keep getting trapped on the "Loading" page until I just give up and move on to something different. Developers if this is your way of killing the game. Bravo (golf clap) to you.

Can something be done about the damned camera wiggle (lag)? Give the players an option to have the camera follow or static line of sight down the barrel. This is getting to be a real headache, literal not figurative. Thank you.

List of issues in no particular order. Much higher ranks being "matched" with lower ranks in Matchmaking. Bushes and other objects obstruct camera view during target acquisition and engagement. Spawn killing was an issue before. But, this new damage cooling period is ridiculous. Lose mines and tanks to invincible spawned tanks. Was specializing the Overdrives really necessary? Buyers buying gear that their rank is not rated for. If we have to deal with Alterations. It would be nice to be able to upgrade them too. Matchmaker, matchmaker, matchmaker... need I say more? It blows to be stuck in battles with skill-less buyers or spazs because you are trying to complete your daily's, weekly's and challenges. I really just discovered the joy of the battle list. It brings a player back to the days when tanki was actually fun and players had some marginal skills. Just a few thoughts that come to mind. I am sure if I really sit down and invest some more time I can come up with many more. -

I chose "Hate It", but, the truth be told I am more or less between On the Edge and Hate It. Abet, much closer to the Hate. I have been playing TO since 2014. I have many handles that I use(d) to play: Gunny_Bates, USMC_Tank_Driver, USMC_Tank_Gunner, USMC_Tank_Loader, plus many forgotten because the TO developers felt the need to delete Friends who were inactive from player's Friends lists plus I am much too old to just remember them off-hand. Having invested some five to six years of one's life into something. It is one's desire to see it grow and not fail. Yet, I have witnessed the player numbers drop massively and then ebb and flow based upon the updates that the developers roll out. Some of the updates make reasonable sense. Unfortunately, too many of them do not. For example, why does the damage delivered from Smoky less in further distances that up close and personal? I served in the United States Marine Corps. I can attest to the fact that the rounds are just as lethal at 100 meters as they are at 4000 meters. The only major difference is accuracy. So, in battlefield such as Massacre where Shaft players like to take a corner. There should be no reason why Smoky players should be causing minimal damage to this opponent. I get it. I truly do. Many of the decisions are business ones. Hooray, capitalism!!! Well that's my little soap box for now. I am sure that I have more to comment on. But, I need to see about blowing some things up. -
How do you upload images to a post? I have tried a few file sharing services to get a URL to include an image in a post that I penned. But, the image is not uploading.

One more observation. IS THERE ANY WAY in the course of the Matchmaker programming, to only allow Legends to battle ONLY Legends? Most of the Legend players have their tricked out garages with all the bells and whistles and it is just a slaughter fest of the lesser ranks. It ruins the joy of the game for the up and coming players.

New observation and complaint. So, with the bushes they are great and all. Just a little too great. A problem that I am seeing is in regards to the sight alignment. There is the target down range. The player sights the barrel on target and of course there is the camera view from behind the tank system itself. The problem that I keep running into is if there is an obstruction (bush, rail, etc) between the tank and the camera. The player cannot see the target and is losing a clear sight picture. What would be nice is if these objects were to disappear or become transparent as they enter the sight picture. Which brings me to my next point. It was great when the developers adjusted the game play to take into consideration the camouflaging effects of certain paints and hiding the player's "shoot me first" sign over their heads on the battle field. HOWEVER, this new red outline around the tanks is once again negates certain attributes of the camouflage. Can we look into reducing by certain percentages this target acquisition based upon certain paints? Thanks for your time.

I would like to circle back to an earlier complaint. This spawn kill protection needs to go. Or at least modify it as such that if the spawning player engages in combat (i.e. firing) then they choose to be fair game and hits should count accordingly. If the spawning player chooses not to engage in combat then the timer gives them time to evade the area.

MLeahy, useful response. NOT!!! You are already a Legend and you have your Garage of upper end turrets and hulls. Some of us are just getting in and getting out after blowing off some steam... But, of course you can't blow off any steam when you have freaking buyers upsetting the balance of the game. All it manages to do is make my blood pressure rise. Besides some of us earn our money to go to things called, bills.

Latest observation (complaint). So, I am sure many of you have a love hate relationship with the Overdrives. Well I just encountered something that needs to be addressed. The Hunter Overdrive is activated and stuns the opponents in the surrounding area. One of the opponents happens to be rolling with a Dictator. Once the cooling off period is done the opponent activates the Dictator's Overdrive and he and all his buddies are at full supplies. Thus negating the Hunter's supplies cooling off period. This needs to be corrected. Maybe take 25% off the overdrive when hit with the Hunter's Overdrive. I am just saying.

Just a curiosity in regards to Ratings. Player hours in game play. I am curious who have spend the most hours in battle each week. Then to expand upon that. How many cumulative hours have players played specific Turrets and Hulls. This would actually provide a source for both other players and developers to pick these players minds in regards to game play. It's not like Tanki Online does not have our email addresses to send forth the query and then follow it up with some reward to get feed back. I know before the latest (sarcasm) great game update I had several hours racked up on my little Hunter/Smoky. Given that it is all I own and use in my garage. Okay that's my two bits. -
The game has become like 73rd Eastings during the Desert Shield Desert Storm conflict. The US tank battalions decimated the Iraqi tank battalions. Not because the Iraqi tankers were not combat hardened in equipment that has proven itself before in the past. But, because the US tankers equipment was far superior in tech, weapons systems and training. I am getting sick and tired of having my hind honches handed to me because some buyer had loaded up their garage. Where I roll with the very two pieces that were issued at the start of the game; hunter/smoky. Once shot kill! I could expect that from Shaft. But, from Gauss and Magnum is just plain ludicrous.

Observations that are also a complaints. The game is just not fun to play any more! From this player's perspective, the developers are wasting their time on the little things that don't really matter and not focusing on the things that do. Do we really need 7 M-type hulls and turrets? NO, and I am sure the developers know this because they don't care to waste the time and effort to develop any different skins for the different M-types. Okay, moving right along. There are too many turrets out there that are ridiculously over powered: Magnum, Gauss. Then you throw the over drive that rapid fires their shots. Nothing but total carnage. The "spawn kill" correction, OH MY GOD! Whoever came up with this idea needs to be taken out back to the woodshed. I get the purpose give the players a fighting chance in a spawn kill frenzy. But, hey losing mines that had been placed many moments earlier to have a spawn blow it up and receive 0 damage is disheartening. Also, if the spawning player starts shooting as soon as they arrive on the battlefield then they are ready to take damage. Sighting in the enemy target "red outline". This just totally eliminates what the purpose of the camouflage paints. A player's silhouette should not come available until after the attacking player has placed one round on the defending player when concealed. Which brings me to conceal and cover. There just isn't enough places for a player to conceal or cover themselves from attacks. These are just a few of my complaints. I am sure I will have more as I continue to play. But the developers really need to get back to the basics and KISS (Keep It Stupid Simple). Hate, the language was clean. It was just talking about physical assault which is not dirty language. If you are going to monitor the posts then you need to bone up on your understanding of the English language. BTW your handle Offends me and I demand that you change or delete it immediately to fit a "clean" environment. See kind of stupid isn't it?
