    Critical chance calculation for augments

    For a lot of augments, there is specified "+x% critical chance" (x being a number), but what does this do? For example, for Twins EMP augment: +10% critical chance. Does this change the critical chance from 4,8% to 14,8%, or from 4,8% to 5,28%? For other turrets, what does this do to initial chance and chance steps?
