I first played Tanki before the premium system existed on a school chromebook. I think like 2014 or 2015. The game was great, and through 2016 it kept getting better, adding new turrets, maps, etc. Lot's of people were playing. But then the devs forgot about us players. Filling their pockets was the new goal. I remember with active online players was over 100,000 sometimes! Now it's at what? 100? Greed is a terrible thing, which sadly the devs ran away with, yet still acted like they cared for us players. The game's dead. There's no bringing it back. Our best bet is someone makes a tanki knock-off. If only I knew how to model and code, I would! If we could go back to when alterations were added, but rebind protections to paints, then just do balance changes, new maps, maybe more graphics overhauls, it'd be great. The most important factors in a game, are convenience and personalization. Your game can have all the pretty lights, but once you start taking away our freedoms and expecting us to spend money on your game? It's a no go, and the devs didn't take that into account. It's more pay to win than ever, but with no players to buy anything. Lovely how that works out. Just to think, if the devs came to their senses and fixed things, the players who've left the game lose access to their accounts from going inactive. Almost lost my account that way. So yeah hey guys we fixed the game, but have fun logging in! Mwahahaha! The devs really just need to take the L and give the game to someone else who has the players as their priority, and not how much money they can make.

Found this neat game called Sprocket, that allows you to design your very own tanks, and I thought of the challenge to create a tank from Tanki! This took a good number of hours to do, since I have OCD and everything had to be within a respectable manner. Even went through the hassle of tuning the engine and powertrain and gears to get it up to speed (figuratively and literally!). Though this game is very new and does have its limitations, so with what I had to work with, I believe this is a pretty solid design here. Would be glad to hear what you think!
