What is the way to get Helios augment for Ricochet? Does it come in a container? I ask because it is not available for purchase.

It used to have effect on it but in the last games I've played it seems that it doesn't have effect on the juggernaut, it doesn't paralyze the juggernaut.

What are the recommended system requirements for HTML5? I think the system requirements section may not be updated in the knowledge database. 4GB RAM or more?

It's not a matter of liking the Flash version, the thing is most likely there are a lot of players who just cannot play in the HTML5 version due to the low FPS rate. The few times I've been able to join a game in HTML5 I've had 0 FPS, today I had just 3 FPS (the maximum rate for me). It's not that easy to upgrade a PC in some countries and less during this time of lockdown.

Still haven't been able to play the first game with HTML5. It seems it requires a super excellent internet connection which I don't have. I can play in the Flash version, it doesn't require such internet connection.

It has not been possible for me to play a single game in the HTML5 version neither with the browser (Firefox) nor with the client. The errors are: 1. Cannot load resources.ResourceBatchLoadException: null 2. Lost server connection. ControlChannelDisconnectException. These errors happen when I press the play button. The Garage loads.
