As of now the Hammer augment with the highest impact force would be <<Boxer>> augment (increases 40% more impact force)

I speculate you must be talking about the Railgun <<Excalibur>> augment. It's pretty strong and can 1-shot a lot of tanks especially with booster or crisis drone equipped.
Below I have attached an image containing it's pros and cons as well as what it does.
It is also available as a legendary drop in keys/containers. So if you are lucky enough, you may get it as well.
 

 

From my point of view and using some logic: 
Brand new XTHD, Demonic (DC), Retrofuture (RF) and Iced skins (IC) consume a lot of time and resource to create from the designing point of view (by developers and designing team).
Hence these skins are more exclusive and too cheap to be given out for just 700 tankcoins. Above all that these skins are premium ones given during events in Ultra containers or as part of events that cost more than 10,000 tankcoins to obtain. So giving these skins just for 700 tankcoins won't make other players buy them or play events (they will probably wait for it to come in challenges).
Every skin in the game hold a specific value and prestige, old XTs are ... well just old and that's one reason Tanki gives it out just as older Legacy (LC), Prime (PR) as challenge rewards for a fair 700 price. Even within older XT models there are more rare skins that barely come in challenges such as Gauss XT (hence this holds more value compared). For more expensive and valuable skins like I mentioned before (DC, IC, RF, XTHD) it comes in the Elite pass that costs significantly more than normal challenge, so as to keep them exclusive.
Having said all that it's up to the developers to decide when to put a specific skin in the challenge or change its in-game value. They do sometimes bring rare skins during events such as Tanki B-day or Christmas/NewYear.
At the end of the day Tanki Online is a business and they can not be giving their exclusive skins/cosmetics at a very low price that everyone in the game can own it easily.

You can also report players in live battle scenario in all game modes except PARKOUR MODE, by clicking the players name and reporting. (Most of the time a battle moderator will come and review the issue)
*However in PARKOUR MODE this feature to report players is not possible as moderation is disabled. Even Anti-Cheat is disabled

It looks like you have mouse controls enabled and when you try to play with keys the camera follows a different trajectory. 
To solve this simple go to settings >> controls >> toggle down the input device section and choose Keyboard. And when you want to go back to playing mouse choose Mouse + Keyboard option. Alternate between these option according to your playing style to avoid any unnecessary camera issues.

Usually when you click OPEN on containers it immediately adds the  resources, augments, shot effects or whatever it has to offer directly into your garage or crystal bank. Even if the page is refreshed, lagged out or if you close the tab, It always adds the items into your garage as it is not directly related to the page refresh or lag.  
Now since you are 100% sure that you did not receive anything, please write an email with your account nickname to help@tankionline.com
Try to answer the questions they ask and if you know the exact date and approximate time you opened the containers with the amount it would speed up the process.

Additionally whenever you receive any items from containers a "YELLOW NOTIFICATION MARK" is present near the supply, augment, shift effect, skin, drones or equipment area. This shows what item you had received even if you did not see it during opening the containers. So check for them as well.
 

I am pretty sure transfer of purchased items, in-game items and resources can never be transferred from one account to another. This is done so players won't abuse such methods by buying or making alternate accounts to boost their own main account.
So unfortunately this will not be possible.

Looking back in the past, Tanki Online has always added a compensation for removing items from our garage, it's true in the case of drones, batteries and country paints. 
So to answer your question, most likely yes. Maybe not the full amount but at least 50% of the price.

While using mouse control with hovering hulls, your hulls auto aligns it's front portion to where the camera is pointed by your mouse. 
The mouse determines the direction it goes.

Go to your settings and turn off mouse settings, then chose from the drop down list to Keyboard Only.
This would allow you to control the turret and hull as a separate entity.  (this allows you to play mouse hulls with normal controls on keys)

Detailed: Settings - Control - From drop list chose Keyboard (As you might have it in the Mouse/keyboard option)

As a seasonal specialty, all/some of the bots (nicknames contain a spacebar) (E.g. Kanye West) will be equipped with B0-NK turret till Halloween celebrations end. So most likely you have seen a bot.
Now bots aren't the only one with B0-NK turrets in their garage, majority of the Developers will have them in their garage too. If you are lucky enough you may see them taking it out for a spin.

Solution: So if you can not find the 6-digit code just send an email to Tanki help and support (help@tankionline.com) with the email linked to your account, they will gladly reset it for you.

Hint: Usually when you setup a new 2factor authentication/or change it, the next time you log-into your account on any device, it asks you the 6 digit code from the authentication app you have used. This is a safety feature so only you can log into your account even if your password is compromised. Once Tanki resets it for you you can enable 2fa again with authenticator application, the new 6 digit code will refresh every 30 seconds, and you will need to put this code once more after which you do not have to.

Hi I am pretty sure all the information with the VLOG will be posted tomorrow (Thursday 17th of October).
The festivities and sales will start from Friday 18th of October! So keep an eye in the forum or Youtube channel!

As per the new update we can only change one time (it could be any part hull/turret/drone/augments or protections).
For example you change your hull. and they you go again to garage to change your turret/augment or anything it will not allow you.

The best option is to change your whole tank as needed in the 1 time you enter garage between battles. Pick a suitable hull/turret/augment and drone all in one go, or the timer will be set and you can not change.

Since blaster/lifeguard/miner/driver augments are legendary rarity (shown by golden color) they might never be available for crystals. In future they may be reduced from Legendary to epic rarity, but that seems like as far it goes.

I also have the problem where when I enter the website it is blank. But try to refresh the site 2-3 times and wait for a bit.
This should hopefully solve the issue.

For a game to somehow enable teamwork they need few things:

1)  A common goal: "Goal" here being capturing the flag/capturing the point/scoring the rugby ball/killing the juggernaut and killing enemy tankers. So you could say the first requirement is satisfied.

2) Reward for achieving the common goal: Here the player or in some cases player(s) get rewarded with more score in battle (reputation points as tanki calls it) for completing tasks such as capturing points in siege or returning the flag or scoring the ball. More battle score rewards you with more crystals and stars. (So technically getting more battle score to increase your position on the battle TAB, and getting more crystals could be an incentive)

3) Medium to communicate: The in-battle Team chat could be used a medium to communicate strategies or call for help. Unfortunately due the division of ENGLISH - RUSSIAN players it is hard to communicate. It can be more advanced is they introduce a common battle call which the player can enable so everyone in battle can understand them. Such as "help me" "score the ball" "pass the ball" "take the flag" "go return the flag" (some common terms like this so language barrier can be diminished.

Now you are right, there are a huge number of players that play just for camping in base and making kills. Some are afraid to go return the flag or pull the flag due to their KD going down. Personally I think it can be changed with missions such as capture 2-3 flags or capture 2-3 points in siege or CTP mode. With such missions more people will atleast try to accomplish the task.  It could also be that some players just want to chill out and make some kills and finish some daily missions. 

As to answer your question, there are very few incentives, but there are some such as battle points, crysatals or even more contribution to the phoenix augment. Addition of special missions to capture points/ kill juggernauts could be a good idea.

As you can see above, it is the <<Lifeguard>> augment. It saves you from a lethal hit once per respawn and gives 1000 HP.
But using this augment makes your tank more susceptible to other status effects such as EMP/AP/JAMMER or STUN.

You can get this augment from the LEGENDARY section of containers. So technically anyone can have it.

Hi,
The problem has affected everyone playing Tanki not just you! Likely an issue with the server connection which all are facing.
This issue may be solved by itself in some hours or after restart. Or the developers can take some action if it persists.
Soon the new server will come out and it should be more stable and consistent hopefully.

The elite pass usually comes during a special event. So after 20 days if there is a special event such as Tankers day (as an example) it might come. It's not obligator for them to put it. Also the prizes can vary and we can not predict them. But it is usually a rare special skin or skin container. With an exotic augment at the first tier. The middle tiers may container supplies/Ultra containers/weekly containers.
