There is a new bug where  Twins turret stops damaging players from a far away distance. Normally these shots would hit since the Tank is highlighted in the red color. But now the auto-aim system stops working and after a certain distance this stops damaging the player.

Hey I have experienced similar issues too. My server is EU 1/2/3/4 it changes between these and gives me constant errors although my ping is always 25/26

I am almost certain that Tanki Online does not take reports on players hacking in the Test Servers, players can make an unlimited number of accounts and do this. Test server is only temporary and every few days it gets reset and it is  not linked to the real servers.
Developers and other helpers such as the testers usually keep an eye for new exploits and fix them when necessary. 

All that being said, if you find someone using cheats in the main servers (match-making/non-parkour PRO battles) please click their username and report them, as this is the fastest way a battle moderator can come and resolve it. If a battle moderator could not join the battle in time or if the player has left you can record a video and submit through this RU forum page: https://ru.tankiforum.com/forum/39 (please also check the specific rules on how to do this).

To be honest this is fair. This is not OP and just part of the mechanics. I would say it's balanced.

Also I understand how it's frustrating at lower levels to not have all the supplies while many players have the Brutus drone from the previous update. It's also annoying that - to get Brutus now you need to reach a higher rank than before. I have seen many low rank players ask in chat on how they can use all supplies at the same time (they seem more confused now and don't know how drone mechanics work) , I would say it's fair if they put Brutus at a bit more lower level than it is currently now.

But this is done by the developers so that new players understand the proper mechanics of each supply and what it does. (this is all part of the initial learning process)
Most players don't know this and spam supplies for no valid reason. But at one point most of the Brutus drone players will rank up and it will only be players with Oracle drone and will be balanced out. 

Now coming to your "Make all 3 supplies possible for Dictator overdrive". Well currently this works in par with what drone the player has. If Oracle or Crisis drone is equipped it can not provide all 3 supplies (it's just how the game works).  If they provided Dictator all the supplies at low rank there could be a large number of player who would only use this hull and maybe Tanki doesn't want this. All this said you still get critical chance, mine and repair.

This event was pretty cool. I was not even planning to complete it but the quizzes were fun to do. I appreciate that Tanki had put the golden contracts for only 300 rubies. This was it's affordable for players to grind out. At first 5000 points might seem long to gain, but the event was there for a long time. And playing somewhat decent gets you enough points.

At the end of the event I bought 1x Shaft Stellarator / 1x Striker Brass Knuckles / 1x Striker Faust / 1x Skin container (Viking DK) and 5x Epic container.
All these for (4x Golden contracts) 1160 rubies + 100 rubies + 640 rubies (100 pts.) = 1900 Rubies and 100,000 crystals (1x 50 points / 1x Silver contract)

I don’t think the projectile speed slows down it is consistent. I checked wiki and there was no mention of it. Are you sure u saw this ?

I can see from your profile you only own the "Oracle" drone. This only lets you have 1 type of supply for a period of time.
To use all supplies at once you need other drones such as Brutus, Mechanic, Defender, Booster, Saboteur or Hyperion.
Please also note that each drone is unique and provides specific boosts for specific supplies.

Or another event something called like Legendary weekend. There will basically be a Golden BOT that everyone would be able to kill (even in a team battle). To avoid any abuse of rejoining maps. The bot will be random like a gold box. It will randomly join a battle with a golden announcement like a gold box siren (for example he won't be able to join 2-3 minutes before end of the game like gold box can't drop 40 seconds before the end of the game). The BOT will be golden (Golden Special Paint enough lol) and visible over the whole map. After killing it will drop something special or give something special to all players who damaged him (or who kill him its for tanki to decide). My own idea you can use this bot during Tanki Birthday,Halloween or Christmas/New Year event modes. For example after killing the Golden bot it will drop a guaranteed Festive Cake Gold during Birthday event.

Also I still want to see a Ghost Gold during Halloween. It would be special like a Cake Gold during Tanki's Birthday. The Ghost Gold won't have a siren nor announcement. It will be literally like a Ghost. I would not mind having rubies like in the Cake Gold. People don't understand it but having ruby golds and Cake golds is really usefull boost. Tho the drop rate of ruby golds is kinda lame I still love how Cake works and can't describe the feeling of catching something rare.

I agree, Tanki needs a community event like the Tanki fund. But here it won’t be buyable. 
 

For example, as a community reach 1 million stars collected and throughout there woukd be rewards.

I agree, I would even go 1-step further and provide all skins, augments, paints in this mode. This can actually let the user try the combo/skins/augs before actually buying them.
There should also be an option to customize the BOTS protection %. Like from 1-100% so we can test damage on them, even make the bots equip double armor.

It happened to me when I was using VPN or different locations to play with client. Tanki Online uses location with client. When there is a network change or location change it sort of resets. For me I faced the same issue, I had to re-login each time, settings were default.

Could you try only playing with a single Wi-Fi network and not change the location using VPN or proxy etc. Please let me know if it works

Do you play on browser or client?
Also do you use private browsing to play and login each time to your account newly?
It used to happen to me when I played with private browsing as it never remembered any of the settings I kept

Hi I understand how frustrating this is.
So what happened is, you or someone has put a double factor authentication code on your account. This is not done by Tanki but by the user. In simple terms this is just a double protection to protect your account from hackers etc. Please check if you have linked this to Google/Microsoft authentication apps on your phone/device (ex Authy)

If you are sure that you have never put a double authentication on your Tanki Online account then it's most likely stolen. To fix this issue please send an email to help@tankionline.com stating your issue (please use the email you linked to this account as it makes things easier)

Only Technical support can help you with this issuse. You must send an email to help@tankionline.com to which they will send you a reply saying your problem has been assigned a specific ticket number and they will get back to you in 24 hours. Since it's the weekend Saturday/Sunday, I request you to wait until Monday or Tuesday. 

Now just some doubts about your issue:
1) Did you accidently purchase something? From your bank account? Or was it a totally unknow purchase that is not done by you?
2) When you requested the refund did you do it directly through your bank or did you email Tanki first? 

If this purchase was not made by you, you should have emailed Tanki online first then get the refund. Because it looks to Tanki that you have made a refund for something you purchased which results in an account permanent ban.

Again like I said please contact support directly, say your issue in detail as no one else can help you in this matter except them.

Hi, for me personally I am a booster and defender drone user. Smoky excelsior paired with booster gives you a lot of damage and easy to finish off enemies quicker. Defender on the other hand keeps you alive for longer giving you the possibility to stay longer on point zones etc. 
Most of the time it depends on the map and mode and what you want prioritized. 

My final verdict would be defender drone (but it consumes 5 double armor per usage so be aware of it.
