Its highly unlikely for the game to give the so called "Token of Apology" unless the game was extremely unplayable or if the servers were down for several hours or days.
But I think although there were a lot of server lags and issue, I was able to play and get done with my missions etc.
So they probably will not give any this time.

There was problem with Tanki few months ago when it was not available for lot of weeks. And I heard majority of people have lost the 2 step verification and they had to redo the process. Maybe you can redo the verification again.
Do have an email linked to the account ? If so, just mail Tanki Online at help@tankionline.com , tell them your problem and they can find a way to help you out.
Also make sure you have the appropriate information to verify that your account is really yours.
I would suggest you to use the AUTHY application as it provides an OTP to enter to verify your account. You can do this once you have contacted the help and support.

In the general lobby page there is a + sign next to crystals and tankcoins. Pressing this just redirects you to the shop page where you can buy more. + button meaning get more.
Also all MM battles except TDM has infinite kill limit meaning you can make as many kills as u like. In PRO battle the creator can set particular amount of kill limit for the TDM mode after which the game will end. So maybe you joined one of them.
 

Nope, I am not facing any such problem. Although it had happened to me in the past where I payed for an upgrade but it took some time to show it on the screen.
Sometimes when you upgrade it shows it upgrading but when you refresh you will have your crystals back and you will need to re-do it. Maybe a problem with your WiFi or the server.
Anyways best to mail Tanki about it and wait for a reply.

I have had the same issues for a long time now. But these are the few things I have noticed, 
1) Putting << Beating hearts >> paint gives me an immediate resource error. Anyone who equips that paint and comes into the MM also gives me an error.
2) Entering an MM game with the << Helios >> rico augment or the << Pulsar >> tesla augment also gives me a resource error when joining.
So the best way I found is entering MM with a non animated paint preferably from the common section and not using any of these augments listed above. After you join an MM you can change to anything you want expcept for the Beating hearts paint, which gives you an immediate error
 
I have also found that  using some augments of Thunder while entering can give an error. 
I also noticed that entering the MM with the Quick match option gives me an error 7 out of the 10 times I use it.
But playing the Juggernaut and CP, TDM modes gives me less error when compared to other modes.
 
For the playing place I suggest to use Opera Browser or Google Chrome as I have better results playing there rather than client or any other browser.

Bug maps can vary from Players entering but not spawning, players stuck in a game and can not get out to sometimes getting the ability to spam repair kits without them finishing. The possibilities are endless. I think usually when this happens and if someone reports it, these maps are closed my moderators. So yeah they do know about bugged maps in Parkour

From the message I see, it means when you are on the confirmation page (i.e. the place where you might need to enter an OTP or card details) you keep it unattended. Usually for security reasons payment forms or links may close after 1-2 minutes of being AFK.  Completing the purchase faster may be the only solution for this issue.

I made a similar mistake of changing my nickname and it was fixed when i tried contacting the Tanki Support through mail. They had asked me to which nickname I wanted it changed to and fixed the issue.

I have noticed that if you complete the daily missions and save them for the new weekly missions it does not count . Its better not to save daily missions for a weekly missions that just started.

@Spy Just like you said, I was able to log in into my account after 2-3 hours. 
I think this kind of situation happens when your logged in into your PC and in a PRO battle, and then you use your Mobile to log in at the same time it happens. It goes of after a few hours and you'll still be shown online for that 3 hours though.

If this update of buying skins for 500.000 crystals come then the BATTLE PASS would loose 50% of its popularity.  Skins will stop becoming much of a thing if it comes for crystals. 
Second thing would be it would take the Uniqueness of the Skin Container. Skin container will not have that much meaning since the skins are obtainable by crystals.
People can still buy skins in the shop for offer in  the HTML server.

You can not easily tell that Titans OD is better than Mammoth's. Each OD is unique to its own hull at particular times. Each OD is useful at particular scenarios.
If a titan put its dome for the whole team for protection , A mammoth with its OD can just come inside the dome and kill every single tank in the dome of titan. Titans protection is vulnerable to various other OD's like wasp's nuke , hunters pulse and mammoths OD. I would even in fact tell that titan's OD is weak as it can be dismantled by various other hulls.
Pros of Titans OD , would be to cancel the wasp's nuke effect if placed at the correct time. And the decrease of enemy damage in the dome. It has various other cons too.
Mammoths OD just eliminates anyone in the way , have you seen mammoths in DM mode if a gold drops ? It can easily take it with its OD. Mammoths OD upon activation give the user full life again.
Why people prefer mammoth over titan is maybe because of the more stability and weight that the hull gives. Also the price for the MK7 modifications is same for both mammoth and titan ( 130k crystals ). In my personal opinion I would say that I prefer mammoth better than titans , just becaus eof its heaviness and OD.

If your playing in the HTML server then once you click play it becomes transparent and you enter the battle queue. Once you enter the battle queue , as you said the play button becomes transparent and clicking it will not work unless you leave the queue by pressing exit in the right hand corner.
So you have to leave the battle queue before pressing play for the scond time.

Hey Taze, I really understand how frustrated you are. Fortunately its not something that only happening to you. Instead its a newly added game mechanic that was released when you weren't playing. This feature provides a 2-3 second vulnerability to the player to all damages when he spawns after getting killed. This is a balancing technique used by Tanki Online.
Imagine your playing Juggernaut mode in Tanki and your team is too weak to defend and opposite teams juggernaut is in your base just killing anyone there. This means that when you respawn after getting killed, immedietly you get shot and die again without even a chance to hit them back. Its also helpful againts druggers who stay in your base and try to kill you.
I personally think this is a good thing as before this update came as soon as you spawn some railgun player with Double damage would instantly kill you. Now its more balanced and Hard for your opponent to spawn kill you.

All the the times that you rank up in The Flash server it will be recorded. You just have to go to the HTML server , go to special missions and just collect them . It will all be present over there. I also highly recommend you to play HTML server from since Flash might be removed perma.. Try to get used to HTML its not that hard !

The different ways to obtain a promo code is by :
 1. Participating in events (The ones that reward promocodes.)
 2. By following tanki onlines social media pages in Insta facebook etc.

Since your a mobile player you can skip missions by watching ads. Note the point that these ads are not available each time you click skip. There are a limited video that can be played. This error can also happen when you click skip and the ad is running and you switch off you phone or lock it. If its happening again i request you to refresh the app and try again later.
This problemcan also occur if you have a low/bad network.
