I think the best solution is to contact help@tankionline.com through mail and tell them your issue. They will change the currency for you depending on what country you live in, if it is even possible.

Yes, you can not directly purchase mk2, mk3 ... etc. Unless you use tankcoins to buy from the early access in shop.
You have to upgrade each step until you reach mk2 or mk3 etc. This is one reason why Tanki Online removed the upgrade time and cost.
Also take note, when you reach mk1 10/10 you would need to use tankcoins (small amount) to make it mk2. 
This applies to all mk modifications.

Also something to note is, you do not spend more crystals doing each upgrade. You spend the same cost of MK modification as before.

Did you mean how to delete the clan tag ? 
If so you can only disband the clan. If you are the Leader of the clan, you should see this option in your clan settings page.

Yes anything in the garage except for <<Tankcoins Tank>> paint will be discounted 30% or 50% on such occassions.
So the discount should also apply for these tankcoin upgrades for MK changes.

So all the augments from the team contracts (exception of some hull augments) were available before from different events. So it is commoe for people who played this events to have them or from containers.

Well the 100 point stays there till you use it. You can buy 1 ultra container or 3 weekly container for 50 points each. So points are never wasted. 
Like I mentioned earlier you can only purchase a maximum of 1000 points. The rest has to be earned from missions.

This paint is called Traceur. So for starters this paint was purchasable for 50 crystals at the 2013 Masters of parkour event.
And it was available from June 27th to July 17th 2013
It is a pretty rare paint as it is not available from containers/shop or any more event.
Now to really answer your question,  exactly 1 068 597 (one million sixty eight thousand five hundred ninety seven) players bought this paint and currently have it in their Garage.
So given almost 1.7m people have this paint makes it not extremely special. But it's still a paint OG tankers remember and love.

The hyperlink was part of an old event when  the paint was first released. I think entering the correct code gave you better chances of getting this paint from containers, although I am not sure. But now its simply a relic of the past or so they say. It feeds some people's nostalgia too!

But you definitely did not waste your time as legend has it, each time you enter your nickname on that website with the correct code, it increases the luck in your account. As without her it's impossible to get Synesthesia!

You only create a request to change the name of the clan (even though you are the leader). A moderator or eSports official does it after he/she sees the request.

For performing parkour tricks, there is a new augment called the Extreme light weight augment. The normal light weight augment was updated a few weeks ago. 
You can get this augment for all hulls by entering a promo code in the shop section.

Why you get this message is because,  when your loading screen is at 100% you are basically spawned inside the map in few seconds. But since you are on loading screen, you continue to spawn in map and be inactive. So basically you load into the battle, the screen is stuck at 100% loading. 
I have noticed this bug a lot of times in my laptop, just try resetting the browner or client cache, history and try to turn off any other background applications that take too much memory. 
Try to clear cache and browser history and let me know if it has worked. You can also try refreshing the page to see if you can load again.

Sorry for the late reply, but the answer is yes, you will loose all your individual progress bullets.

The ratio is 10 containers to 1 key, so according to that strict principle you will only receive 1 key. 
I suggest opening containers and keeping only a few in multiples of 10 to get keys if you want.

If you encounter this issue of not taking damage, simple reloading using the Curved reload arrow on your browser. If you play on client just close the whole client and open it up again. You do not have to leave the map, reloading has to solve this issue and the worst that can happen is lose few seconds to minute of the battle.

I am a registered professional Exorcist and I may have some idea why this may happen.
1) "The notification sound" may be the sound you get from damaging opponents, tanking damage or eliminated opponents. Go to the settings and turn off all sounds and see if this continues.
2) Tank spinning around may be cause if your keyboard has ghosting issues, which causes the laptop/pc to only continue a single command from the keys. This can be avoided by pressing the button that your tank turns in. Example, if your tank is spinning left without stopping, press the left turn button one time. This should hopefully  solve the problem.
 

I have asked about this issue to Tanki Support, and this is the answer they have given. Hope this helps. This also may be due to the current server connection issues too.

* We recommend using a wire Internet connection. If you play via Wi-Fi, try to stay as close to the router as possible.
* Restart your router before playing the game. Turn it off for 3-5 minutes, then turn it on again.
* Disable all running applications. Turn off software and system updates.
* If these measures do not help, try using the services of an Internet service provider or the VPN, choosing one of the nearby countries to you.

You have to check your garage, I believe 16UTC everyone has gotten their rewards.
Whatever the case you must have gotten it by now! 

I am pretty sure the recent crashes were for everyone. For the past few days the game servers have not been that stable.

Hi, you do not have to buy any paint. In the special battle mode <<Gold Rush>> you will find players with Juggernauts hull with nicknames something like TO14_Party_0XX. These juggernaut players will have the Mono Gold/Apple/Aquamarine paints and you should kill them to finish the missions.
Just to make it clear, you do not have to buy the paint or wear it because its not available for us. You should kill other tankers wearing that paint.
