So basically, before 18 days my account named Chip got banned for no reason. I remember myself playing in the parkour mode, fighting other clans. Then I got hungry so I logged off my account and went to grab some snacks. When I came back my account had been banned. I think that a player with the moderator function got mad at me because I fought him and he banned me. I tried to contact tanki online through email several times but they told me that the account return is impossible. Could you please help me with that?
