I wasn't even considering the player base or money or anything practical. the question is not about getting the most players to play tanki, more about ideal GAMEPLAY. and I'm not talking about what would be "pure" either, just what I like gameplaywise

I also enjoy board games. Particularly, Clue and Rook. Ok. just different perspectives i guess. I want the game to be more like the other ones I play and i guess you see tanki's potential in a different light. what would you do to tanki to put it in its max gameplay potential I would eliminate everything but the tanks, maps, and their gamemodes, then get rid of some turrets and hulls like maybe vulcan and all melee etc and all heavy hulls

I don't understand what simulating cars has to do with anything. but never mind that may I ask you, what other games you play? I play COD (blackops, MW is bad), CS:GO, Rocket League, and played football (american) for 7 years. they are what influence my understanding of what a game for competition is. btw, im not trying to discredit you or anything. just want to understand your views on games

players don't understand the game the way they should, so, the devs can add all this BS and get away with it. they know xp\bp is the purest form of competitive tanki. as someone who understands, the direction the devs took this game is depressing. this game could've been an esport with more than 100,000 tournament prize pools. but the esports never had the casual player's interests (and money) because the casual gameplay wasn't even close to the esports experience

the fact that players don't understand this is why tanki sucks today
