hornet with hammer (slugger) or magnum (RGC)?

everything is the same as stock hammer, except slugger has more range and slower turret turning speed

In higher ranks, is EMS or LCR augment better for railgun with hornet/wasp.

I plan on buying the MFS alteration, so is viking the better option? I am at third lieutenant, and i have mk3-6 viking, even though i can unlock mk4. i have mk4-2 hunter, and mk2-2 dictator. During cosmonautics day, I plan on finishing mu my viking to mk4, buying ricochet mk 3 and 4, as well as the MFS alteration. Or instead, should i just mu my hunter, or buy mk3 and 4 for dictator?

So viking is the best hull for ricochet?

I don't know what to put with ricochet. Viking's od is op for destroying the juggernaut, but its stability sucks. Dictator has the stability, but its really slow. Hunter is the middle, with a bit of stability, and speed, but I want to know if Hunter is good for battling the juggernaut.
