Wikis are not updated constantly. The scores for delivering a flag have been reduced significantly due to the mode getting abused by players farming XP for Phoenix augments (this was also generating a mult problem where defenders would not play to make the battle end faster so to have a chance into rerolling for joining the attacking team). Though this doesn't matter anymore nowdays since Phoenix augments are worthless. I advise to check the previous patch notes for score changes in assault mode.

You probably didn't visit the missions section before playing, when you log in the game make sure to always visit all the missions categories before playing or it won't work/count towards mission progress.

I suppose it's because you're using the oracle drone, which works like Crisis, doubt they'd make the auto supplies work with it. Either way, try to rank up and unlock brutus then you should be fine.
