I think scout rail can have a increase in damage and decrease in impact force. It is near useless without hornet in very high ranks because of defender+high prots+weak damage

The only hull it could be OP is with hornet, than again any thing can be OP with hornet

I have scout rail on a Legend account and it is not OP with all those 40+% protections walking around LOL

You could use a stronger hull if you are non buyer. If you're a non buyer light hulls aren't the best choice because of weak health. Buyers can make up the health by using protections/drones. Also maybe isida isn't the best turret for you. You could also combat the problem by playing less so you'll rank slower. And play for only missions or special events with double Crystal's so you don't fall behind.

Yeah, but these hull alterations are for buyers. Most players in the game are non buyers. If more P2W players get this alt using a medium or light hull it can ruin the defending aspect of the game. Really random addition to the game.

To me this alteration makes no sense. One major advantage of a heavy hull is the ability to push other tanks (defense). This alt ruins that.
