Just to let you know Easter is NOT a secular holiday, not anything like Christmas. The Orthodox people never celebrate it on the days of the Catholic/Protestant - I mean NEVER EVER - the opposite being also true ! Your Easter is just an ordinary day for all of us - we go to work, families do not gather, we do not color eggs, we do not go to church, etc .. and so it was this year too. The Orthodox people had always fully ignored the western style Easter, guess same as you will do with the now going on orthodox Holidays. So, yes - there must either be two Easter celebrations, because, though celebrating one religious event, practically these are two absolutely different Holidays - or there should be none ! It is very, very, very rude and offensive that the Devs prefer one community over the other ! It is also very sad, that there are so many and such brainwashed people here. What is missing here is TOLERANCE AND EQUALITY ! Because from this unfortunate Easter Event one thing is crystal clear - all communities/people are equal, but some more than others ! I am off for good !

Why are you deliberately making a fool out of yourself to try justify the arrogance of the developers ??? What calendars are you talking about ??? Countries which do not use the Gregorian calendar include Afghanistan, Iran, Ethiopia, and Nepal. ALL the rest use the Gregorian calendar, including Russia and all Orthodox countries .. I do not understand what Julian calendar you are coming up with, who even knows and cares about it ??? It is all about the different dates of Easter for the West and the East Christianity ! What we have here is a clear biased attitude, favouring a Holiday celebrated by only one branch of only one religion - the Western Christianity cluster. Easter is coming soon, this Sunday, to Greece, Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, MonteNegro, etc ... but the devs do not care about the players from these geographies, right ... the Westerners had THEIR holiday and the rest of the world must have celebrated with them or keep silent now ... no other holidays are tolerated here ... Orthodox Easter apart, I wonder if we shall see celebrations regarding also Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha or Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur or Diwali or Dussera ... This Easter attitude, displayed by the developers, is highly offencive and equally such is the attitude of many dwellers here who care only about themselves and totally disrespect the others ... The forum has become a dark and sad place ... I also will have my Holiday, but I feel hurt nonetheless ... this is not game, nor my forum - no more !

Very, very strange to see this coming from a moderator ... You should know, that Eastern and Western Christianity celebrate Easter on different dates. The Western holiday was noted and YOU say that this is enough and the people from the East do not have their right to celebrate too ... You imply the latter are second-rank people ... or that their opinion in the game does not matter ??? Do you really realize what you claim ??? BECAUSE IT IS OUTRAGEOUS !

Dude, I am not sure whether your post is due to arrogance, flaming or plain ignorance, but here is what you should tick in your head: Orthodox Easter 2021 is on May 2nd ! As you know, or may not know, Tanki Online is a Russian game and fyi the majority of the players are Russians, Ukrainians, Belorussians, etc and the vast majority of them are Orthodox. So it NOT possible for the developers to celebrate the Catholic/Protestant Easter and ignore (at least) the equally so important Orthodox Easter ! Easter in TO is not over - the Eastern Easter is coming in a few days and it surely it will be celebrated as was the Western Easter ! So, this topic remains active and open for discussions on the events in honour of the coming bright holiday - The Easter !

But, of course I am a mult - we all are ... I will be very, very surprised to find someone in TO who is not a mult ! Then, as for the drugs - I am not proud of this statistics, indeed ... will do my best to play clean. Actually, I always try to play fair and really try to avoid drugs/drones, but with so many cheaters around, I am also forced to use a cheat or two once in a while ... sorry for this ...

I will try to explain, as if to a kid: Isida is a support device, the only one of its kind and if you have it you should use it for the initial and main purpose it was introduced in the game - to heal and support ! It is like a doctor in a battle - the true one will always take the sanitary bag instead of the bazooka ... same here - no matter how strong is isida in killing, it is just not meant for this - once you take an isida, you must use it to heal ... if you want to shoot - any other turret can shoot (even hulls like Crusader ... God, please forgive me that I mention this piece of the nowadays TO idiocracy), but if you want to heal - none can heal, except for the Isida ! Bottom line - even if isida had a zillion times more killing power, than healing abilities, if you kill enemies rather than supporting teammates - you qualify yourself in the Noobs League !

Searchig for the gold site and going deliberately for the gold in any mode, except for DM, is 100% sabotage (EULA) and hence shooting at saboteurs is just a must ! I do that whenever I can - killing noobs just at the goldsite - priceless )))

The thread is useless, because since quite some time there's NO team-work in TO ... the test is super-childish, would say super-dumb (it's probably a subtle trolling, because not even a teen can be so naive) - a mod should close this topic and better pre-moderate publications to avoid such stupid ones !

You overestimate the incompetence of the devs ) Alas, the TO devs are really not quite the best in the industry - for example indeed Flash was way, way ahead in terms of usablility and there is no comparison to the choppy HTML with its absolutely awful interface. Yet, regarding the platforms - it is clear that if TO gears towards a phone/tablet game, it will soon fade out - the veteran generation of PCers will likely quit and new mobilers will hardly come to a refurbished old project ! Tanki has been conceived as a computer game and this cannot be changed, it is a team based PC game, not a casual shooter, and it is NOT possible to be played normally on a mobile device ... you do need a big screen to assess the details of the map and how the round is going and then to be able to duly perform your duties in the party ! I use a 35 inch monitor and just cannot imagine how can one get a proper view on the situation and hence be of any help to its team, if having a smaller screen ... 20 would be the very minimum, I guess ... and tablets are excluded by default ! So, the devs may try to get a piece of the moblie market, but with the case of TO this is going to remain an exotic version of the game, attracting some kids for a while, but it will never be able to build up a solid and dedicated players base, as it is with the PC original !

Strange ... my post has disappeared ... apparently there are serious glitches not only in the game, but in the forum as well ( reposting: Years ago there was a storm in the forum about a potential complete shutdown of TO Flash and starting the game from scratch on the, then promissing, Unity engine. Then TO officialy declared (quote from Semyon Kirov): "Guys, let me make one thing very clear — NOBODY intends to spit into players' faces. It will either be a complete transfer of current progress, or as many goodies as possible for old players. You guys helped Tanki get to where it is today, so we will not let you down. Rest assured " A lot of time has passed already, unfortunately the devs have changed and now their current statement would have looked like: "Guys, let me make one thing very clear — WE ALL intend to spit into players' faces. There will be no complete transfer of current progress, nor any goodies for the old players. You guys helped Tanki get to where it is today, yet we will let you down. We don't care about you."
