Dear all, Today is my last day with you here. Its been a tremendous "tanki career" as some of you call it. Like you, I started off here as an ordinary noob who couldn't turn his turret, then exactly 3 years ago(late March 2014), I was invited to join the helpers team and been serving the community since then in various positions, from simple mod to livestream commentator to admin and quite a few things in between. Its all been good fun and a great experience for myself and I wish to take the opportunity to thank each and everyone of you to have made this a nice community to both play and work in. Yes, thank you as well to the special ones me and my team had to ban every now and then :D Honestly, many of you think we hate you, but actually you've been the ones making us giggle a good few times, still rules are rules and we had to apply them, but never never think any one of my mods hold grudges or hate against you if you were banned or warned once or twice, quite the contrary. Speaking of mods, as well as all the various helpers of various groups I had the pleasure working with, thank you guys and girls, good Sirs and wonderful Ladies. It has truly been an honour and a privilege working, knowing and sharing good laughs with each of you in spite of the various backgrounds, cultures, country, being younger than this old noob here, or being more mature and wiser than this still young-and-dumb fella :D , you're the ones who really enriched the community experience for me Life calls for me elsewhere and I can no longer be here among you, but over the past few weeks, month and even years of working with the ones who are taking up where I left, I am confident they will serve the tanki family to the best of their capabilities. Yes! And I'm saying very much yes to that just to double confirm it with you as it seems an always necessary thing with you. Now, why is that so? Simple, we receive well over 100+ idea topics per week and that's on top of the even larger number of feedback we get from other topics and sometimes in pm. If a player doesn't have the basic skill to properly entitle his idea topic, then it already sets a poor first impression and shows poor qualitative proposal skills and we can't afford to waste time on such, even if its 30 seconds, including page load time, reading, understanding, clicking on links/images etc.... just not the kind of stuff a hard working volunteer who's already giving his time for free should spend his time on. A teacher might do that, cause his job is to find all the mistakes and weaknesses in your proposals and let you know where to improve. They are not your teachers nor have time to coach you personally! So, you want to have an idea get a chance to be seen, maximize its chances by being more professional in your proposals' delivery, from title to content and quality of language used. If you're not happy with this, then I feel sorry for you, cause everywhere you'll go around in life you won't even get a patient dude like me typing all this to baby-sit, spoonfeed and teach you.

Developers make sales based on what the marketing department dictates which in turns base its decisions on what data they get from analysts. Ideas posted on the forum are irrelevant to those guys and we have no connection to them, nor are they interested in hearing about those from us. They have bigger mathematical models and statistics + the burden of making sure sales don't just please players but also balance the other side of their sheets as well. The option is in the notification panel for anyone to switch on or off as they please. The notification panel has space for only 10 items. We've not made it the default one since each time someone likes a post of yours it just spams it, but if anyone wants it, they can always activate it if they wish. /noKill command during gold Getting destroyed in tankionline is how the game is played. You cannot ask people not to destroy your tank, gold or no gold. if you don't want to get blown up, then avoid the gold drop zones as these areas are not safe by design.

Hi all Apologies for this mess up. As pointed out by above, this was a special event organised by the german community. Photoshoot with their CM I believe. After the event was over helpers were given instructions to flush the battle (at present its the only way for them to finish it) but as you can that was no joy ride for any of them. It ended up on a very sad note when innocent players get kicked for just joining a battle to which they were invited, and yes some trolls were involved in it, but a troll gotta troll :D , so can't blame them either. We're deeply sorry about all of that. I'll make sure the message is passed around in all communities to not repeat such an incident.

This bug can happen at any time, to any tanker, and usually only last a minute or two until the forum server resyncs with the game server. Same thing with players ranks in the forum being different than in the game, i.e. lagging behind. These can be fixed by a simple logging out and logging back in on the forum. Do note however that there are a few instances where everyone is a beginner and it lasts for much more than just a few minutes, and that's not to be confused with a simple resync. Fortunately these downtimes happen only rarely. Hope this clears all your doubts. We'll close the topic since its a known issue and is part of the normal process of how our forum operates. Also developers are aware and in future when the forum engine is updated we'll try to further minimize these minor glitches.

Hi Thanks for pointing it out, will raise the issue. At present the payment side of tanki are handled by payment aggregators (intermediaries) through which the transaction is facilitated. Often these guys work in a few select currencies, usually the more widespread ones such as USD , EUR , GBP and the likes as well as a few other local/regional ones. As pointed by others in the topic, when you see something as $ or € or £ in the price of an item in the shop, at the moment of purchase the payment parties will convert the amount in your local currency and deduct that amount from your bank/card. Note : Conversion rates are always flying up and down, never stable! If you're using services like Paypal it shows you the conversion rates of Paypal and in some cases can even offer you to use your bank's conversion rates instead of that of Paypal.

These have been removed and are being processed as per the Game rules we always apply, regardless of race, ethnicity or nationality, you know, the usual. Now as for the main issues highlighted in this topic : "racism - only arabs get banned in this game" Sorry all those who think so, but you guys should really come down from your little dreamy clouds. People from All Nationalities get bans, even the Russians, the Canadians, the Americans, the Europeans, the Africans, the Asians, the Australians. Basically whoever violates the Game rules and the EULA get an appropriate punishment, regardless of their nationalities. "Why only Arabs have to pay more in this game for same items?" Again, sorry to burst your bubble there, but this is not an Arab centric problem. We all have the same problem, not just 1 community or ethnicity! So do not exaggerate please. Also this issue is well known to all of us, here's a rough explanation as to why the situation is like this. At the end of the day, Tanki receives pretty much the same about of money for items bought in RU community compared to others, but its just the others had to pay more cause they were charged more by the payment system. Now, that's a known issue which even the developers want to get rid of or reduce the discrepancy gap by as much as possible. And for that there are even new strategies being developed and little birdy tells me there's even some new expertise being brought in to resolve these kind of issues, specially more so now that the company will have to deal with more than just 1 game only. We just have to wait and see and hope for the best here. "We Arabs pay more than everyone else and hence deserve more than everyone else" Sorry but that is not true at all. That myth has been debunked quite a few times already by developers themselves. What's true is that Americans (both north and south), Europeans, Russians, Asians, Australians spend far more than any single community on its own. The only difference is you seldom hear them brag about it. Now don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with bragging about that, everyone is entitled to it. However don't take the bragging of a few as facts. "Arabs get blocked only because they lag" Not true! Just from the few names you provided we can already see multiple reasons for bans, namely sabotage, trading, scamming, use of 3rd party cheats, and other violations. Also, Indians lag, Australians lag, Americans lag, I even have a good friend from Costa Rica who plays both on EU and BR servers and guess what, he lags, and I lag. We all lag. Yet we're still here, as well as several other Arabs, including the many Arabic helpers we have. And they're all here, so, surely there must be something they doing right, don't you think?
