  1. Just made this video with a few clips of Tanki's physics engine/gravity acting weirdly as well as demonstrating the issue with Magnum's impact force after the recent update. These issues were not prominent before the update was rolled out, so it is likely that the update is the cause of these issues. This can be duplicated by simply parkouring off certain edges as shown in the video. Hoping this gets fixed soon.
  2. I agree with this wholeheartedly. The main reason I even still play to this day is for parkour, so that's why I maxed out my Magnum and bought the RGC augment. Now that the gun is basically useless in its horizontal mode and the physics engine/gravity has been somehow ruined in this update, I'm very frustrated that I've wasted hundreds of thousands of crystals on something that would basically be useless by one update. Sure, I could still parkour with the gun, but it's nowhere close to the strength it had before. It's even worse than Thunder in most cases, which says a lot.
  3. Has anyone noticed that the physics engine is a little scuffed now? Gravity is dragging me down weirdly. Try parkouring for a bit on different edges and you'll notice that some edges tend to drag you down unusually quickly. I think the recent update's ruined the gravity and physics; I'll probably report it as a bug with video evidence later this weekend. For now though, I'm really frustrated, since parkour just doesn't feel right with this issue.
  4. Magnum is ruined from a solo parkourist perspective and is likely going to be overpowered in MM soon. The 2 degree difference is detrimental to one man parkour mostly. I feel like I'm only getting half the impact force I used to, so unless I'm performing a trick that requires the vertical Magnum, the gun is basically useless. Might as well use Thunder. I would have been absolutely fine if the default projectile angle was left unchanged, but now I just can't find myself using this gun for parkour anymore, which is really disappointing. This gun was certainly my favorite turret and is honestly probably one of my favorite releases from the past 3 years, and with the ability to turn it horizontally and use it as a more powerful but slower alternative to Thunder, I was very satisfied with my experience. While I can still turn it horizontally, the horizontal version comes nowhere near to the versatility it had before (in parkour). I was even trying a trick on Aleksandrovsk to test the new changes, and honestly, it felt even worse than Thunder while it should be over twice as strong as Thunder (comparing impact force stats, and I have both turrets at mk8). I understand this update is directed at MM players, but honestly this update was not needed. While Magnum might be hard to use on mobile, it's hard to use in general. Being able to use a difficult gun skillfully should grant a fair reward, which in my opinion that was the case before this update; I thought the gun was fairly balanced, with high skill/risk high reward. Now, it will likely become stronger while also being easier to use as well, making the gun closer to a low skill/risk high(er) reward. Those annoying Magnum Hornets will likely become more prominent, and expect to die a lot more with that extra splash damage. In conclusion, please bring back the old Magnum, not only because it's ruined some aspects of (solo) parkour, but also because it'll likely be at least a bit overpowered and will shift the balance of the game.
