It has to do with the fact that the in-game account in question had been blocked for a reason (undisclosed) that causes this negative GS occurrence.

If you're noticing any widespread lag issues within the game (that are affecting the whole player base), kindly report them in the dedicated Bugs and Glitches Reports topic, and they will be forwarded to the CM who will pass them on to the developers.
As for your Tesla complaint — you may post it (in a question format) in the dedicated Questions for the developers topic.

In that case nothing will happen to your Dictator — it will remain unchanged as it is (Mk7-4 upgrade level). Only your Twins will be upgraded to the default Mk7-0 modification.

An option to hide players' nicknames mid-battle was never available in the game for normal players — it only existed as a separate feature for those users with access to the Spectator mode, where they could turn off players' nicknames while spectating the battle.

Maybe you are referring to something else? In which case kindly elaborate.

You can disable the auto self-destruction feature in your game's main Settings.
 

To change the Shop currency of your in-game account (only for a valid reason such as yours – which should be approved), you will need to contact the Tech Support via this form to get it changed — providing all of the required relevant information.

Unless both of you are from the same household (i.e. having the same IP address), it's considered account sharing and forbidden as per the game rules.
