To contact tech support for personal questions there's only one way, and it's through e-mail. If they cannot assist you further, no one else will be able to. Not even here on the forum. You can still join a friend in battle if they are in a PRO-battle. To play with friends in a matchmaking battle, you need to use groups.

If you have previously linked an e-mail address to your account click on the “Lost nickname or password” link and follow the instructions. Or maybe you have linked your account to Facebook or Google, try logging in that way.

1. Check your internet, restart router, restart pc.
2. Clear the cash of your browser/client.
3. Delete and reinstall the client.
