I already did contact help. But Is there a possibility that account is banned? Also I dont think it has nothing to do with it but when the servers were shut down yesterday I log into "make a wish" topic with my acc, could it be about it maybe a bug ?

I have changed the password, I have tried with different platforms, internet connections, vpns but it seems to be a problem about that spesific account because when I check If there is someone on my account I saw that my account also got kicked from the clan which leaders wont do.

Hello, I am trying to log into my account after yesterdays server shutdown for 2 hours and I couldnt enter anymore. I have tried from flash, html and mobile versions It wont let me. I see the loading screen for a second and It says "Disconnected From Game Server", in all clients. I contacted with help@tankionline.com but they didnt help yet.
