Omg no one is understanding my problem.. When I press the PrtSc button then 'poof' the game is working but my Mozilla gets unresponsive it get's stuck

I would like to take screen shot's of gold boxes whenever I take any but when I press the printscreen button, my mozzilla firefox browser it's buggy and I have to close the browser and open again which will cause me to lose my fund's... Please find a solution
