i finished 25th in ru locale while i should be in top 10 in english locale

what? that's not fair! i was using english news to find puzzles and had a bug with 2 puzzles, while other russians hadnt!

No doubt russians had a better chance. At least, do you know what happened here? English participants had a bug which delayed their last puzzle part by a few minutes, which is a lot in such speed competitions
