dictator m3 or hornet m2 with isida

Tundra+hornet m2 make sence only if you use isida m3 - coz you can drain from enemy rail all taken damage. For other builds it suck coz you will not alive after 2 shots m2 railgun. To pay 3000 crystals for additional 10 hp after rail shot is not best idea. From the other hand dictator with tundra some times keep 2 shots of rail m3. If you want play with thunder I suppose dic3+thunder2 not bad combination. Don't buy cheap paints coz you have to change it later anyway. Storm is exception. Hight freeze resistance for half cost. i said tundra just for examble and what about dict m3 and isida m3 its good or not

i want to buy hornet but its need to much crestals m3 hornet need 12k but with 12k i can buy thunder m2 and tundra so what should i buy hornet or dictator and i am use isida and i want to buy thunder in few week so plz answer me
