Dear Developers, I have had 16 containers that I have started to open, but at about the 8th container the server connection was disconnected. The problem was not on my side, because I could use internet on a high speed anyway. Some minutes later the server connection was re-established but my containers are now missing as if I would have opened them all. (more precisely I have only 1 container left, so I guess 15 was opened) My problem is that now I do not have any information what those containers contained. It seems that after the 8th container there was nothing, they are just disappeared from my list. Can you please explain me how could this happen, and if is there any way to see what those containers contained? Thanks in advance Newtry

Hi, Thanks for the answer. My ping was between 4-10 ms, but most probably you are right, the internet itself could have caused the problem. Now it seems to be working (although from an other location: 4 ms, DL 350 MB, UL 300 MB, and it still takes about a minute to enter to the field). My only concern is with the new 2.1 part of the game rules, which says that someone can be banned if they are "imitating" the bad internet connection. I really do not know how one could do that, but I hope this phenomenon will not be taken as "imitation".

Hi there, I don't know if this is the right topic, but I'd like to ask about the below phenomenon: I try to start the game by the big "PLAY" button, and after that the connection screen is appearing and on the bottom of the page it says "downloaded: xx%". The percentage jumps forwards and then backwards between 10-95%, and never loads the game at all. Instead, after 2 minutes it gives me the message that I have been removed from the battle due to inactivity. What could be the problem? My internet connection is good (DL 120MB, UL 110MB). Guys, I am really happy to see I am not alone with my opinion, meaning TO is going to the wrong direction. I do not expect too much reaction from their side though. I suppose they are just laughing on these comments, because there are still some who are willing to pay real money for a game that is getting worse and worse with every "patch". As long as this is the case, they will not care too much about some complaints. They are just not clever enough to realise that "these old players" could be their real marketing channel for free. But just as a representation, I will also continue playing as my time and my mood lets me to, but I promise not to pay a single cent to them ever. Just use their server resources and that's it.

Yes, I have read it, you have some little chance the get higher value prizes, but at the end of the day it still means that most probably you will get 1k crystals instead of 31k. At least 14 of my my last 20 containers had 1k crystals in it. Then I found an MK1 Magnum, which is a great reward since I have an MK7 one, and I got some boosters. Nothing really worthy.

Just to clarify if I understand it correctly: it means then that instead of 31000 crystals most probably I can get only 1000, or some boosters, which are not even close to 31000 crystals in value point of view. Great! Nice patch indeed. Well, I suppose you are right. All the "developments" (if you can call them that way) are for forcing you to pay money. On one hand I fully understand that, on the other hand it may be a wrong approach, as at one point they will really lose all players. At that time it would be good to know that someone would be fired for this and would never get any job in game development. Yes, now I read it. Sad. Most probably you get 1k crystals instead of 31k. It's a great swap indeed.

First I have replied to the "Questions to the developers", but maybe this forum is better, so I copy my complaint here as well: I have just reached Fieldmarshal rank, but did not receive any crystals. I have visited the special missions section and claimed the reward, but only got a container with 100 armor boost. Why is that? Thanks for your reply. In the Tanki Wiki it is written that in this case I should receive 31000 crystals. Not much, but more than 0.

I really agree on that. Especially the 2nd point. It happens all the time that either you spend real money or tremendous time to buy an augment, and a week or month later they just change the basics of that stuff, which makes it useless. It happened multiple times in the past! Probably they will continue in the future as well. It's like you buy a new car and after several months someone comes from the factory and removes all the tires, because it is no longer part of the "bundle", and if you still want to use it you have to buy the whatevernamed augments. Ridiculous!

Is it really your intention to lost every players as soon as possible? I mean first you ruin the Hopper tank by disabling the stability system, now it is basically useless. Other hulls are not for me, they are too slow. And the change you made to Magnum's Mortar augment is just crazy. WHY? Now it is useless too. I was playing with Magnum since it was released, because I am a distance attacker guy. The Shaft might be good alternative, but you have killed that too some years ago. and now that it need 10 seconds!!! to reload. Shame on you. The way that you have introduced the fix elevation system to Magnum some time ago is also disgusting, there was no alternative offered except spend money. I really think this is the time to find other game, and I suggest the same to other players too. Unless you can give a firm explanation why do you do this nerfing all the time.

Well, it's not so true. If this new magnum is intended to be a long range turret, so why can't I just shoot over the field e.g. on massacre map with 100% power? I can shoot with this 12% elevation and 100% power maybe just halfway through the field. So, it WAS a long range weapon until last update, but now it is NOT a long range weapon any more. It's a "useless range turret".

This new magnum is a piece of sh.... It is absolutely against the magnum's idea. Whose idea was that? After spending a tons of hours to get crystals to upgrade my magnum, now it's useless. Pretty unfair. You should get back the old magnum or at least give the option to choose between the old and the new version. There may be some idiots who likes this, but people who used magnum as it should, they surely dislike it.
