Clan system will be unlocked for players at the Warrant Officer rank. You can either buy a clan license which costs 3000 tankoins, or you can join other clans. The game is blocked in those countries due to rules about lootboxes. Try purchasing the items using VPN's but stick to one location at all times.

Rio and remastered Sandbox map are already in MM modes. These maps only appear for specific game modes only to make the MM balanced.

There is only one offer that can be bought for tankoins and its named "Laboratory Container" and as far as i know, it can only be purchased once.
If you want more test tubes, you can buy them from the shop using crystals. They can be purchased multiple times as far as i know

If they are bullying you in chat, then nothing can be done for now as chat reports are no longer accepted. You can only hide the players' messages. If they are bullying you in battle as in sabotage or any other illegal activities, you have to record those moments and submit it on the game violations page on the Russian Tanki forum https://ru.tankiforum.com/forum/39/?attempt=1

Take your strongest combo and focus on getting kills mainly if you want to focus on K/D ratio. Honestly K/D ratio factor isn't important nowadays.
Play Team Deathmatch or Special Event modes to increase your K/D ratio

No-damage bug is common in the game.
The only temporary solution is to refresh the entire game. You can also try to clear your game cache before joining any battles.
