That happens when the vulcan shooting you is facing that glitch. The vulcan shoots and everyone can see it shooting, it just doesn't do any damage as if it's shooting at a teammate. And it happens due to the lag problem sometimes it happens to me here are the solutions for that, but remember - refreshing the page solves the problem most of the time. Make sure no one is using wi-fi while playing tanki and the internet speed is good. Rejoin the battle and check it again if the lag still continues keep rejoining unless you recover your lag. Turn off mip-mapping and sky-box from graphic settings to boost up your fps. If the problem still continues then try using TankiOnlineClient or stand alone flash player

XT mission are available for Generalissimos and the chance of getting one is very low. You just need to be lucky enough to get one as it's random.
