I have the battle pass and stun immunity for the viking has not been recieved. Plus, I opened containers and recieved cold resistance but when I went and checked, the viking shows it hasnt recieved the augment. What do I do?, and What happened?

I got a question, if you buy the battle pass late on Tanki Online, will you recieve the rewards from previous levels? For example, if you didn't buy the battle pass until level 15, will you recieve the rewards from 1-14 when you buy battle pass?

I upgraded Isidia Mk3 to 3-2 but then I had a connection error and had to restart the game but when I went back to garage to equip isidia...it was still mk3 and I did not get refunded back my crystals I spent. So what's the problem?...
