Once you have enough players on your team and you registered to a tournament (the current one is "Summer Major" but the registrations are closed), you will get a special page that allows you to speak to your opponents along with sharing a battle link which is where the match will take place.

To add some more details about the answer above, it has not been announced that the showcase (skin offers) would be back. However in the development plans, there is a contract system that is planned to be added, and the skin showcase offers might be replaced by this contract system.

Could you please bring more details about turrets turning on their own? Although if you usually play using keyboard, try to enable to "keyboard" option on your settings (by default it is "Keyboard & mouse".
As for the dead tank, it is purposely blocking the tanker as it comes from a recent update from the game. If ever you think there is a bug, feel free to record a video so it can be checked.

Hey, Momentary said most of the essential information being that you need to be patient especially if the waiting time is 7 days. In short the waiting time isn't always the same, sometimes it is 24 hours, sometimes 48 hours and sometimes 7 days. This is likely due to the number of tickets they receive, the different cases to deal, perhaps the complexity too and likely some factors I do forget. Therefore the best thing is to wait.
As for sending a message asking about the status, I really do not advise to do so, it was written somewhere by the technical support that replying will move your ticket to the end of the queue, which in other words means you'll have to wait even longer.

Hello!
When you only press space and release it, it will send a special electric ball more or less slow dependong on the augment you do have ("slow" by default without any augment). But if you hold the space button and you are close to an opponent, if there is a kind of blue line linked between your turret and your opponent and there are numbers (which represents damage), you are in this case dealing damage.
In the other case there are not number and that all the previously mentioned conditions are met, I suggest you to refresh and if this still occurs, fill this form.

As far as I know, supplies have the same category, therefore the same rarity between them, except repair kits which are rarer, but speed boots are not rarer than double damage/armor if I'm not wrong.

500 the first day and 150 per day depending on the number of days you have. But in every cases you will not receive any compensation, if you have it enabled already, the days will be added up, so a total of 5,000 tankoins if you buy it one time, yes (500 on the first day and 150 each day which gives 4500 equals 5000)
In fact, I was confused when you said 5,000 tankoins, I thought for a moment you were talking about the compensation since for a moment I forgot it was 1700. As for the message about the compensation, if I remember well, it is if you buy it twice in a row (same day for example) but you should never be in such a situation because once you bought it during an event, you cannot buy it again during the same event, but you can buy it again during the next event. In short, you should never be in the situation in which you receive a compensation, the days are added up.
Let me re-explain:
- You can buy it several times when it is available and you will not receive any compensation, instead the days will be added up
- When you purchase it, you first receive 500 tankoins and then every day till it expires, you receive 150 tankoins which is indeed a total of 5000 tankoins.
