I think tanki should reimplement the game to a stronger engine like Unreal Engine or Unity engine... because I think HTML5 is good enough for 2D games or 3D light-weight games. I know that this will take so much time but it would be worth in the long run or they could just polish the game?

I am guessing that the hopper gets to another universe where he finds a material. The material, he gets makes him lightweight and plasma-torch, so he can fly back to tanki online universe.
