I can see you did better I officially say that you have worst luck in containers in all of Tanki Online.

I once got 5 ultra containers and what I got from them was 3 3500 crystals pack 1 125 speed boosts and 10000 crystals all of this would equal 4 commons and 1 uncommon who can beat me of who has worse luck?

For the problem with mk7 in low rank battles it could be so that you cannot upgrade anything with rank lock if it is above the average mk on that rank and if you upgrade over the average mk rank lock is locked until you rank up into battles with higher mks. Oh and you gain the xp you have had with rank lock because there will be a timer for how long you can have it if you have reached the maximum mk you can have for your rank whilst having rank lock for example Torontoman (me) turned on rank lock because his gs on his fav combo is low so he saved up enough crystals and buys them to a higher mk but when I have rank lock on and lets say the average gs for major is 4.5k gs or mk5 - mk6 if i have 5k gs at that rank and then when I try to turn on rank lock it will be greyed out and it will say "You cannot turn on rank lock because your equipment is at a high gear score".

Maybe there can be a rank lock which will prevent from you getting any xp incase you don't want to rank up because sometimes you can earn too much xp that you rank up too high making you weak for your rank and you can toggle back on which makes you start getting xp again. (I sometimes rank up too fast and too high when I'm trying to get crystals for a turret or a hull)

Was a fun 10 year trip but I am thinking of going, all battles are annoying people constantly spamming repairs and the stupid overdrive mechanic and the poorly balanced stuff and how I never get anything good from containers making me want to leave tanki. I might not quit if tanki does a update where it removes overdrive, drones and that supply boost system where you can literally spam anything and be noob-like and 75% of all gamemodes I play my team is a bunch of idiots except for 2 or 3 people, pretty much I am going to take a break from tanki but as another chance I may entirely quit.

Terrible overdrive when gold box is around it is literally a bad influence for new players to abuse the overdrive and use it to collect the gold boxes so I much rather say its overdrive must be disabled during a gold box drop.
