What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?

I want to say this before leaving tanki. I have made many accounts. 2 of them are legends and 1 marshal. I have played the game for a long time. I believe I started playing in 2011. For these last 2 or 3 years I have not been enjoying the game at all and sometimes just forced myself to come and complete the missions. Why don't I like the game? Simply, it pays to win. I understand that you guys need to make money from the game and I'm totally for it. It's that your approach to that is horrible because in tanki the logic goes like this, you spend money you will get the most broken augment and you will win most battles you join. Now for people who don't spend money well their gameplay isn't as fun. Yeah recently you have been giving away a lot of augments that used to be broken (but now they are not). Now the game I have been playing recently and actually spent over $1,000 is call of duty mobile. You might think ohh he spent so much money I must be winning all the battles but no. In Call of Duty they actually sat down and thought on how to make money and keep the players that spend and dont spend. Their approach is amazing: you spend money only on the gun skins. But the skins are not like tanki does, slap xt or extra metal and call it a skin. The skin they put on guns make you not just stand out but the skin absolutely changes how the gun looks, the skin has a kill effect when you kill someone changes colors with kill combos and interacts with you. But that's all it does, nothing else doesn't give you any advantage over anyone you just get an amazing skin and kill effect and that is totally worth it. And here is the thing: Call of duty mobile makes a ton of money, 5 million a week and that is because they actually put a lot of effort and thinking into the skins and animations especially the recent mythics they released I'm willing to spend another 600 on them. If tanki had the same approach on making everything all augments and drones grindable and focus on good skins that look different, have their own style, change with kill combos, and have kill effects ( like a tank being sucked into a void when they are killed) I'd spend money for that. Some might say ahh tank being sucked into space isn't realistic, Call of duty mobile is more realistic than tanki yet the skins somehow make sense. I don't know if some of your developers sit down and play Call of Duty without spending money, then buy a mythic gun and play with that and understand how it feels. If tanki continues on the same path it won't end well. The developers are running out of ideas for the pay to win players. They are getting old augments and making them better just for the pay to win players. Example is helios, it's pretty much a very buff version of plasma torch that was available only for buyers or the new assault rounds for hammer it's just a buffed duplet. I totally give up on tanki. I dont want to play it even with the april fool event coming up which was my favorite. -
Make an option to turn of the new aiming assist for magnum

I dont know if its just me but the new aiming assist for magnum really throws of my aim. I have mastered magnum and i was really enjoying it until this new update came out. Yes it is good for noobs or beginners but for me I find that red pathway line really annoys me and now I miss so much shots. Yes the update has been out for only a day and I can try and get used to it but I still believe that there should be an option to turn of the assist for more skilled players. I don't like the update at all since i believe that some turrets should be mastered and be skill based. But I doubt that developers will take away the aiming assist for magnum so just make an option to turn the assist off. -
Yes I have all of the augments. For hammer I have every augment except the freezing one. I use duplet with booster or crisis and its better at getting kills than emp hammer. Im saying from my experience since I tried almost all of the legendary augments. I didn't just test them out on test server I have them on my accounts. Accounts both low and high ranked and I experienced playing with them at low and high rank. At low ranks you do have advantage but at high ranks you don't. Your speaking like you mostly play at low rank battles.

let me using railgun and hammer as an example. It has ap, stun rounds, cryo, and fire. Maybe it has emp but I don't have it and I cant say anything. But out of all those legendary augments round destabilization augment that you buy for crystals is the best. I use it the most because its strong and op. I can one shot small hull and sometime medium hulls with no prot. Pair round destab with booster and hornet its the strongest combo. For hammer, blunderbuss and magnetic pellets that some people say are the best augment are crap. slugger, duplet and dragon breath are the best augments for hammer and you can buy them for crystals.

There are plenty of strong augments for each turret that you can buy for crystals. Now you can get legendary augment from normal containers and more people have a chance to use them. Auto-canon is strong especially with hornet overdrive.

Complain that ap freeze is way to nerfed. I only use the al freeze against defender and crisis drones in battle or I use it in parkour to look cool. Other than that there are stronger augment that you can buy for crystals.

No right now I use adrenaline and I find it stronger than ap freeze

These legendary augments are against drone like crisis. Developers won’t nerf crisis but they made augments that go against it. Now if you nerf the augments crisis would be unbalanced. I have played against lot of crisis users and if it wasn’t for ap freeze there would be no chance for me. Also in high ranks almost everyone has ap or emp augment against you because they fall out of containers a lot. Now that’s balanced when half of players have immunity against you. As you climb higher in ranks you see more people using stun, ap and emp and also people with protection against it.

Yeah. Legendary augments should be special they also go against legendary drones like crisis. With legendary augments crisis would be unstoppable.

Yeah I do. But did you use ap freeze? Yeah before the nerf it was op and unbalanced but now they nerfed it to much .

@Abellia lol you knew it. But I just saw the problem and addressed it. They turned ap freeze from attacking turret to a great defensive turret. I don’t really like that. Freeze is for attacking.

@wolverine848 on critical hit with mk6 ap freeze I do 512 damage per tick. Without ap I do 1,120 per tick. I’m not asking to increase the critical hit I’m asking to increase damage or ap duration. For you to compare normal mk6 freeze does like about 280- 314 damage per tick with ap freeze I do 186 damage. I just ask to give maybe 200 damage per tick for ap freeze.

I agree with you about the emp freeze. I used it and it’s strong. But ap freeze that got nerfed is now bad. I don’t know if you played with any of those augment but I spent a lot of time playing with ap freeze and after the nerf I see my self using adrenaline or high pressure pump more. They nerfed toxic freeze to the ground. It already deals less damage and take more time to kill. The only advantage with ap freeze is against crisis and defender users. People with crisis are indestructible and ap freeze and other ap augment are the only chance against them. I do t use jamming mix and I don’t know if it’s any good but emp mix is op. Now what’s the point of nerfing legendary augments and make them bad? There is a reason why you can’t buy them for crystals and when they nerf them ,the augment that you can buy for crystals become as good as legendary augment.

On one of my accounts I have toxic freeze augment which I used and played for many hours. Now the augment would be great if the AP duration time would be increased to at least 2 or 2.5 seconds. The current 1 second AP duration is not enough and the damage along with freeze rate was lowered making this augment absolutely useless. When I play in battle I don"t see this augment helping me at all. I have compared this augment to high pressure pump(which you can buy for crystals) and my conclusion was that high pressure pump is better. The augment that I can buy for crystals deals more damage, freezes better and performs better in battle than Toxic freeze (legendary augment). Reason why Toxic freeze is horrible is because the AP duration is 1 second and I don't see it helping me at all apart from me dealing less damage and getting less kills. My suggestion would be make the AP duration to 2 or 2.5 seconds or increase the damage freeze does. Developers made this augment to destroy Armour and for that they sacrificed the damage and freezing rate which makes sense. But the duration or AP is so low that I would rather use and simple augment that I can buy for crystals than a legendary augment. I really hope you understand. Thank you.

@TheCongoSpider Yeah 5 seconds of stun is to much but 2 seconds is way to low. 3 seconds should be good enough for me to reload.
