As we wrote several times in this topic, this whole forum is moderated, feedback collected and forwarded to CM every week. So it's absolutely not true that devs do not get the feedback - some of them are actually checking and reading EN forum regularly. Moreover, we do not delete posts, we're moving them to proper topics which are, as I said, moderated and all the feedback is forwarded to CM on weekly basis. What we did was simply to put an order to the way we collect feedback. What we do not allow is ranting, spamming and flaming, such posts are removed according to the rules of the game, particularly 2.3.23, 2.3.24, 3.2 and 3.3. I wrote previously, forum admins are on it.

It's not a problem from us to move posts, in case players write an offtopic post. But from what I've seen so far, most already learned what the topic is all about and are following it. Will discuss it with forum admin to rename it, if it's going to make it easier for everyone.

For the last time, we're trying to use and optimize forum topics to suit everyone's needs. A topic like this one is organized to suit CMs and developers' needs in case of urgent situations that might happen in the game and when swift reaction is needed. Posts that do not fit the purpose of this topic are and will be moved to more appropriate ones. I implore everyone to use other topics, especially those in Game Discussion to discuss their own perception of the game and post their opinions - good and bad - about its different mechanics. Players already told you everything you need to know - contact tech support with the form they linked, explain the situation and hope for the best. Also, be sure to change password and do not allow anyone an access to your account. That's all you can do at this point. If you want an immediate assistance directly from TO team, please post such questions in Help in the future.

"Recent updates" is the key phrase - meaning, something went wrong after today's server restart or yesterday's game update and you need a topic to complain about it so it can get to devs asap to be sorted... this is the place for that. For general discussion, suggestions and issues regarding the game please post in topics that are dealing with those.

Thank you very much for this observation, we worked really hard for years to change that perspective of players and I'm really glad we did it :) I see chat moderators primarily as assistants of players, a team that is available to help & guide players on the chat. Other teams do the same, trying to be as helpful as possible while making sure to maintain the positive atmosphere in the community. And we all welcome any help from players - after all, this is the game we all play and enjoy and we should help each others to make community the best it can be :)
