Are there any plans for the next Tanki War?

Why is it that every time I join a battle I get thrown into a battle full of Legends and tanks with the highest Gear score, while my tank has a Gear score of about 4000 to 5000? They literally have more than twice my Gear score. I get destroyed instantly and have no chance of destroying others myself. I can't have one battle where the levels of the tanks are about the same. It's really frustrating when you actually want to play the game but can't enjoy it because every tank in the game is a Juggernaut compared to yours. It doesn't matter what turret I choose, what hull I choose or what protection module I choose. Every Legend with their maximum Gear score tank just shrug it off and one-shot me. I hope that this problem will get looked at and be fixed, because it's a major mood killer, which will probably lead to a decline of regular players. Thank you in advance!
