I can't join any battle, not in parkour and not in MM, keep saying error while i see other players that can play with no problems and join every map they want to without getting any error, for some reason tanki is not working on PC and its only working on mobile or on tablet. what im supposed to do?

My account Eww got blocked when I fought a player called [edited] and he used striker aim hack, I got ALL recorded, I didnt do anything wrong, I only voted the hacker, they say "user Eww is blocked reason:The account is blocked. what to do?? if ill send tanki support the video they wont block me?

Am I able to make private map in Parkour mode and join from many accounts and kill them all with 1 account to increase my K/D? Im talking about map in Parkour mode that doesnt give any xp or crystals

at the first secret party i chose a card and it did an error, and I also collected the 13 ultras that were hidden in tanki's pages, it means that i wont be able to get prizes from secret party2.0?

there are people that mining in parkour mode with hopper and ricochet, i know its not illegal to mine in parkour mode or in any mode, but some people that use hopper and ricochet are using some kind of hack of ricochet that when they are flying with hopper and ricochet(hopper is with lightweight all the time) every shot they do with their ricochet is knocking them back like they did 2 shots, and it seems like they are "lagging" but some of them are using auto clicker with camper drone and they heal fast like they dont lag at all, its not a fps hack or ping hack, its hack for ricochet and everytime i vote the people that use it the moderators dont think its a hack and they never ban them, what to do about this situation?

hello, some hulls have a different shape, like dictator, dictator's shape makes it easier to go on tanks and catch the golds, but paladin's shape, makes it very easy to go under tanks(mostly in parkour), im a parkour player mostly, so im using paladin to flip players by driving into them and then its going under their tanks so they lose control and then i just push a little and they can be flipped(paladin with no alts can do that and its even easier when paladin have heavy weight augment), some players think its an "ignore tanks" hack, but its just tanki online's physics. my question is, if people think its an ignore hack, and they will vote me and a admin will come, if he will see how easy im flipping players and going under their tanks, then he might think its a "ignore tanks" hack,while its isnt and if he will block me for hacks it means ill get blocked forever because of tanki online's paladin shape,what to do in this case?

im a non buyer and by mistake i bought a battle pass that i didnt need, it took me 3 months to earn those 700 tankcoins, is it possible that tanki will take back the rich skin, jammer immunity, freeze jammer, blue ricochet color, golden gears paint, supplies crys and others.., and they will give me back the 700 tankcoins that i spent? (i didnt spend anything of the supplies or any of the things i got from the battle pass)

about ~75 days ago tanki banned my account [edited] forever, i was in a BUGGED map, a map with glitches and bugs, i fought few players there and left the map, after I left my game crashed and when i refreshed it showed me that my acc is banned forever for hacking... i tried to tell help@tankionline.com the whole story few times but i always got the same answer that its blocked forever and cannot be changed.. its like a bot answered me all the time the same answer and didnt read everything i wrote.. do you have any way to check this case/see if theres proof that i "hacked"? also when my acc got banned another player got his account banned too, his nick is [edited], he paid to a moderator few days ago to unblock his acc, it was supporsed to be blocked forever.. can u check this case too? thanks, but please dont answer me the same answer as always that "your account is blocked forever and it cannot be unblocked" or something like that, please read everything i wrote, its your job after all and it will help me a lot! thanks.

yea i just do this in parkour sometimes not in match making battles ? by the way, if i save ultra containers in the garage, they can be removed after few days or not?
