    striker cyclone bug

    Same issue is occuring to me with Scorpion (also with Hopper). Playing on mouse and keyboard, the locking tends to restart sometimes, but re-locking is not needed, just have to wait again for the salvo to actually shoot.

    Has anyone else's regular containers disappeared on UT weekend?

    Yesterday (25th of August) I had roughly 13 regular containers, today (26th) I have 0? I specifically saved them for this Ultra Weekend and now I see that they're gone. Was this intentional? If so, why? I'm baffled if this was intentional..

    How are you supposed to finish in the top 3?

    Such great advice from all of you, equip an Isida and just camp in one place while healing teammates, or be lucky enough to get to Top3 in the *Losing* team? The problem with your (I presume) main turret, Viking, is that when the Hyperspeed Shells were introduced, almost everyone immediatly went for Thunder protection modules. Before the introduction, I'd see a couple of enemies with this protection module maxed out, nowadays, it's almost half if not 80% of the enemy team. This is obviously a major mistake from the developers that incentivised this movement, making the Thunder (with no arguably OP augments) pretty much useless. I have a Cryo Thunder, I equip it on bigger maps and usually atleast half of the enemy team has protection against it and I do anywhere from ~100 to ~300dmg per shot. It's just not a viable turret at the moment, in my situation atleast. My Tesla/Hopper setup quite regurarly gets me to atleast top5 in most matches, even in larger maps, where I just ambush attacking players. So I guess melee-ranged turrets (firebird, freeze, tesla, hammer) are recommended to use, as they can dish out large amounts of damage to multiple players at once, increasing your battle score. As far as your problem, I don't really have any advice as to how to achieve Top3 in a battle as it is really dependant on matchmaking, whether you get similar GS enemies, or maxed out ones. Best thing to do is hope and try your best.

  6. This is the current state of Tanki. You should've seen the previous match, I saw 1.5k GS Wasp/Smoky matched up against 9.8k GS Hyperspeed Thunder/Viking.. It's really easy to complete the Drone missions when you have Lvl1 drones against these guys!
  7. It has become unbearable, to the point where I see 3k Gearscore players matched up against literally maxed out GS. Same with me, my most powerful loadout is ~5.1k GS and 9/10 times I'm paired up with(or against) 9999GS players. How well do you think I perform in these matches? It's sad that Tanki has become what it is right now with the generic money-grab tactics and the playerbase has fallen tremendously, which is why there's no similarity between players' GS and you get matches like these, where you want to rage quit as soon as you open up the scoreboard..

    Which one should I upgrade?

    I've recently ranked up to „Major General“ and unlocked Tesla Mk6 and Viking Mk6, although I mainly play with Tesla and Hopper. Another combo I use when playing on larger maps is Thunder Viking so I've come to a crossroads on which one to upgrade? I really like the Tesla, but Thunder is quite a potential turret with my Cryo Shells augment. So, out of all of the mentioned equipment (Hopper, Viking, Tesla, Thunder), which one should I upgrade to Mk6? Thank you in advance.

    Let's discuss Tesla!

    I came back to Tanki after ~6 years after a week of only playing in the Test servers and I was instantly hooked on the Tesla. I very much prefer an aggressive playstyle so this turret suits me well. I've been maining it for a couple of weeks now with Hopper and I ofter score atleast 3rd on the scoreboard. It can be quite OP against light tanks aswell as others on smaller maps, but it's main weakness is long-to-mid range turrets, such as Thunder/Smoky/Shaft etc., but I do not find it quite OP as most people make of it. Heavier hulls with melee turrets seem to counter my combo quite well but the turret itself is not as OP as something like Hammer or Vulcan for that matter, which decimate it very easily.
