When pressing forward, hopper and paladin will go in the direction the hull is facing, while crusader and ares will go in the direction the camera is facing. It doesn't make sense to me. Wish there was an option to only use the crusader control scheme. -
I didn't notice those other changes. A bit weird that they would make such a significant update without telling. Question can be marked as answered, I guess (I made this topic in game discussion cuz I wasn't expecting to get a definitive answer)

The last time I checked, it was almost impossible to fall from the highest bridge in Highways and land upright when using hovering hulls but now it's easy. Previously the hull would always tilt left or right with no way to correct it if I remember correctly. I don't know if this is a new change or if I'm just now noticing it. There isn't anything in the patch notes. -

Bots shouldn't be juggernauts because their AI isn't smart enough to play the mode properly. They just run into mid and get dogpiled. The winning team is the one that gets lucky enough to not have bots as its juggernauts. -
I've never seen this before so I'm inclined to say this is hacks. Can't be lag because it doesn't work this way. Also the fact that the shot hits the wall indicates that the shooter was aiming at the wall, the data sent to the server should be the same regardless of lag. If I had to guess I'd say it might be a hack that disables walls in the aiming system, which allows the hacker to target players behind walls (with that red outline). When they target and shoot a player behind a wall, their client sends data to the server saying "hey i hit this dude gimme damage" and the server checks if it was possible to hit that player without taking into account the actual direction of the shot for some reason. The result is an aim assist that lets the hacker hit players behind walls as long as their tank is partially visible. This makes some shots significantly easier. but that's just my game theory

In the turret/hull skin changing dialog, the "standard settings" option should show a preview of the skin to make comparing skins easier. this just doesn't make sense:

there are now: - drones (new kind of equipment that changes the way supplies work) - overdrives (hull-specific ability that has a recharge) - status effects (emp, ap, jammer, stun) - new turrets - hovering hulls - augments for turrets (changes the way the turret works) - augments for hulls (protection against status effects) - containers (loot boxes of different types: daily, weekly, ultra, skin container) joining battles happens primarily through matchmaking, but there are still pro battles that are now free paints no longer give protections, instead there are now protection modules I suggest reading about some of these changes on the wiki so you'd know the more significant details

3 bugs I've noticed with Crusader's icicle 1. Hitting a dead tank with the icicle will cause the icicle to turn invisible, phase through all tanks that would be in its path, and explode at the first wall it hits. Any enemies near the wall take damage as expected. 2. Sometimes, the icicle will only do 1000 damage with direct hits. This happened to me today and I'm sure I hit the tank and not any nearby wall. 3. Dying while shooting the icicle will cause the icicle to be stuck in the front of the tank until the overdrive is used again. This is only a visual bug.

Max hp of Ares is 4000. Direct hit from Crusader does 4000 damage and ignores all armor. Yet on multiple occasions I have hit an Ares spot on and not gotten a kill. Why? This hasn't happened with any other hull.
