Just a follow up: I have emailed help@tankionline.com almost two weeks ago, and as of this writing, they haven't replied back about my account's closure. What else can I do??

I am also having issues getting any response from Tanki Support. I have been trying to close my account for several weeks now, and thus far, I haven't got a reply back in this regard when I emailed help@tankionline.com. What should one must do in this regard then? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe this has been asked previously in this forum, but when I try searching for Delete Account, Delete Tanki Account or Cancel Account, I find nothing in the search results. Anyone has any ideas about how to cancel/delete one's account? Thanks.
