So I did some digging, and I went ahead and contacted help@tankionline, and they said that they added the rewards into my account. I presume the only reason was that I purchased the Gold Pass and was and could have almost finished all the tiers on the last day when they changed the star system. So I would suggest going ahead and contact support through email requesting if they could add Hornet XT to your account. That's only with the exception that you were very close to getting the last tier, and have purchased the gold pass, that's the only reason they will add the skin to your account. Hope this helps.

Yes, once you change factions all test tubes will be removed and your progress will be reset and as for the opportunity to purchase 12 test tube bundle, once you've purchased it, it's gone forever. So if you change factions you won't be able to purchase it again. So yes all your progress resets once you change factions.

There is currently no available option to disable auto activation supply for Desktop, Mac, PC only mobile has the option to do that.
