No, not 5000 contributed to fund. 5000 are winners.  1 winner is added for every 8k bundle purchases.  So assuming 90% purchased 1k bundle.....    the number of players ( including alts) who actually purchased are 35k to 40k  players.  I purchased 1k bundle each on 6 of my account and 2 of the accounts won.  congrats to your son and good luck to you next time.
