Did you active in chat ? anyway, it happen to me too, I got about 3-4 times a week banned, and it make me upset too. I am active in chat with friends, and sometime just answering people questions about job, where are you from, i got banned. my question is banning process by human or machine/bot ? the last time i got banned probably because I mentioned something like this : " I die if my g* open her b*a in from of me and i will have s*x".. that probably, but the ban before, is only because i answer a question from a man asking about job, we are talking about jobs while playing and banned? thats weird.... btw, the reason is always insult/provocation..
