@MEXICAN-SKY There must be less complicated process so that the person can get their account back I HOPE they will hear us out and help you as needed

When i got my first account blocked i thought there must be a problem, then when i played the next day with another account it also gets blocked the other day the same with the 3rd one. I have been a player since 8 9 years and spent a lot on this game, and now when i want my account back they ask me date of registration how could anyone remember the exact date of 8 9 years, i am sorry if i have made a mistake even i will pay anything to get my account back please help me !

without any reason all of a sudden i lost my account, after playing for years and spending so much how could u people block my account and after contacting your support wont help saying wrong invalid information provided, i need justice even it is linked to email .

I play from india but the problem is in railgun masters i cannot kill the opponent when i shoot first even after having mk7+ and my ping is somewhere around 140-180 is there something to fix or any vpn application suggestion.?
