Such situation happens because of using the option "Quick Battle" which give bonus star for player after reaching 100 reputation points and reaching TOP-3.
That player from second place must've queued "Quick Battle". If you also want to get more stars, just choose "Quick Battle".

To get it, you need to have 300 days of inactivity ( I mean, to not enter the game for such time). It's a bonus for returning.

If you really have caught that gingerbread box, have you refreshed the mini-game page or opened it after taking/catching that Gingerbread box? I've done it and 1 Gingerbread have appeared. Yes, from the Gingerbread box you get 1 unit of Gingerbread. If you still didn't get it, I would contact Customer support via mail to help@tankionline.com .

If I understand correctly, players can buy only one kind of supply at once, in Garage. Except for offers in Shop which contains all kind of supplies except for Gold Boxes and Nuclear Energy. In Garage, you can buy minimum 1 amount of suppy, but maximum you can buy 9999 supplies. Of course in just 1 click, not including confirmation of purchase. And of course, only 1 kind of supply.

It's not a bug, It's a Patch Update #733. Since that update it's not possible to decrease reload time of Boosted Armor by activating other supplies using Defender. Check quote below:

You have reach such high rank you can't micro upgrade it. You can do it only after you upgrade it to mk7.
There was an update which removed micro upgrading equipment when you reach the rank you are avalible to immediately upgrade it to next level.
