I emailed support, waiting for a reply

I checked my email and turns out I did get an email, However in another email I was sent saying I can change my username back with a link, when i click the link in the email they sent me (they said i can change my username again if i click it) it does nothing, can anyone help?

Hello, my name is, or used to be, Ioser, the L is actually an uppercase i. I had this name for a long time and only now come to realize that it has been changed to "r_ioser1" forcefully without my consent. I am upset because my last name was pretty unique and it took me quite a while to think of it. Could someone please tell me why this has happened? To change my nickname forcefully then not tell me why is a terrible thing to do tanki staff. What makes this worse is I haven't played this game in awhile so my login didnt work because although I put in MY information correctly, It was still incorrect, it took me a few days to understand my nick has been changed. My account would've been gone if I didnt realized what happened.
