why merge it to something that doesnt even help me?

I can get into the lobby but when selecting the Garage or any matchmaking i am faced with this error and it loops i cannot play on this account or my other accounts and i have cleared cache checked my internet and tried different browsers nothing works i have also restarted my laptop multiple times this is quite frustrating especially because im missing out on the awesome events does anyone have a fix this is for the web version of tanki i cannot believe it its happened for 3 days now and im missing out i also live in Europe. So why is this happening to me i just want to get some cool stuff from the event. PLEASE HELP ME ಥ_ಥ I have been looking for solutions and there on none so many people have quit the game because of this error please helpppppppp.
