I started recording a video against every hacker I see and I want to post it and report it to Tanki so they can see it I just don't know where and how that's why I need help with this

when im start record u can see where he shot and 100% he use hacks after he cap the flag u can see where he shot and is hit my team was brigde. after he off it he have 100% hacks. [redacted]
