    Complaint Book

I used to play Tanki Online almost every day for at least 3-6 hours. If you ask me why, the old game was so much better when it wasn't pay-to-win! The new system is boring. Let me explain: to get good, you need to pay for powerful augments or be extremely lucky to obtain them through crates, which is frustrating. Augments shouldn’t be a thing, especially since new and returning players find themselves at a disadvantage after being away for 2-3 years. They join and often get destroyed by pay-to-win players. Second, the battle pass rewards right now are terrible. I don't understand why it used to include two exotic skins and a few legendary paints. It was honestly so much better in a way I can't describe. Now, it’s just a few keys that yield nothing good and a handful of useless kits that nobody needs. If it’s going to be this bad, it should at least contain 700 tank coins so we can earn the next battle pass if we grind. That would encourage players to engage more and get excited about battle passes. The battle pass needs a rework to return to its former glory. Third, the crystals and upgrading system are horrible. Back in the day, the gold box was meaningful, exciting, and desirable. Now it’s just 1,000 crystals, easily obtained from daily missions. The gold box isn't as rewarding, and you can now gather 2,000-4,000 crystals in a single match just from playing. Upgrading has become too easy; it doesn't feel rewarding like it used to when reaching M1, M2, or M3. Now it’s all about augments, fostering a pay-to-win mindset. The old mechanics, maps, soundtracks, and loading screens were exceptional and gave us so much nostalgia over the years. It wasn’t just a visual thing; we loved how excited we were to jump into a match. The leveling system was rewarding too. You earned substantial crystals every time you leveled up, which helped you grow stronger and made leveling up exciting. Yes, it was hard to level up, but it felt meaningful and fun. Also, let’s address the financial aspect. Players in countries like Ukraine and Russia have cheaper tank coins. Why? There are other countries, including mine, Saudi Arabia, where we don’t earn much, making it hard for us to buy tank coins. Why do we need them? To compete with others, because the game is only enjoyable when you have powerful augments. The pricing has become a significant issue, reflecting a lack of respect for different countries' economies. Many countries can barely maintain a normal lifestyle, yet Tanki Online's prices are exorbitant. I’ve never seen a game with such high costs. As a gamer, I know that bigger games have better leveling systems and battle passes that keep you engaged at reasonable prices. I really don’t understand why Tanki Online is different. It’s insanely expensive, and even if you spend over $270, you don’t get much in return. For some countries, especially in the Middle East, monthly salaries range from $700 to $1,000, and many have other responsibilities. I’ve shared a lot, but I want to give you my honest advice as a long-time Tanki player—it's been 10 years for me. This game seems to prioritize profit over player experience. It’s now pay-to-win, pay to get everything. If you want to participate in an event, you also have to pay. This shouldn’t be normalized. Events should be about grinding and earning rewards, as most games do. It’s great to upgrade your game, but you should also listen to your player base and implement their feedback. This will undoubtedly attract more players and enhance the overall gaming experience. Thank you, Tanki Online.
